Regulation Effect Of YC2 On The Ultrastructural Damage Of Hypophysis Adrenocorticotrophic Cells And Relative Hormone Releasing In Yin Asthenia Rats Caused By Glucocorticoids

Aim:To study the effect of YC2 on the ultrastructural damage of hypophysis adrenocorticotrophic cells and the changes of Adrenocorticotropic Hormone and Corticosteroid's releasing through Yin asthenia SD Rats model caused by Hydrocortisone.Contrasting with positive control group and correlating pro-study, it is to explain that the mechanism of YC2 to treating the adverse reaction of GC and provide the basis for clinical research of YC2. Methods:1. Experiment of ACHT and CORT: Animal and groups: Grow-up rats 60(body weight (250±5g) were divided into 6 groups at random. the high(0.20g/ml), medium (O.10g/ml), low dosage (0.05g/ml) of YC2 group and SR group (0.20/ml) were perfused corresponding density medicine 2ml/d into stomach 3 day. blank group and model control group were perfused distilled water 2ml/d into stomach 3 day. until 4^th day every group were perfused Hydrocortisone(0.5mg/g) into stomach at 17:00 Continuously 4 days, except blank group perfused corresponding density distilled water.
