By consulting extensive literature about the research university, research-orientad hospitals and innovation climate, making staged summary of the development track of domestic research hospital, reviewing the theoretical study on innovation climate, to find the tie point of the research hospital and team innovation climate, to make organizational behavior theory applied in research hospital innovation construction. To analyze the structure and characteristics of team innovation climate of the research hospital, to analyze the differences the perception of the team member attributes and team attributes on innovation climate, causing managers to pay more attention to the personal feeling, to provide reference for team management theory from a new angle.This research mainly adopts literature survey and questionnaire method with interviewing key figures. Questionnaires about team innovation climate were conducted on1200persons including40different types of work team in four research military hospitals, and20team leaders were interviewed. Use TCI scale which is suitable for hospital groups after a lot of empirical test home and abroad, and make statistical analysis on the investigation results data with SPSS software, the conclusion:(1) the effectiveness of TCI scale in China is verified. The reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis between the various dimensions have been made on the collected data of effective samples, and the results show that the research hospital TCI reliability and structural validity is high and the significant correlation between dimensions is found. TCI is the effective tool to measure team innovation climate in research military hospitals, and it is confirmed that team innovation climate in the research hospital can be measured from four dimensions such as team vision, innovation support, working orientation, participation in security.(2) Department team innovation climate in the research hospital has the following features:On the whole, team innovation climate is satisfactory:work oriented perception is the best, followed by participation security, team perspective and innovation support.(3) The ability of perception on team innovation climate is different from different background:members from different gender, education background, professional title, working years, team scale, team attribute have different team innovation climate perception.(4) The conclusion from key figures interview: most of managers are satisfied with their innovation performance, they have realized the importance of team innovation climate and have good evaluation of innovation performance for team members; but managers have no specific concept for team innovation climate without clear understanding.At last, according to research conclusion it is advised that goals should be established to enhance team cohesion; that the mechanism should be perfected to strengthen job autonomy; that innovation should be encouraged to strengthen innovation enthusiasm; and that communication should be strengthened to create a harmonious interpersonal relationship.
