| BackgroundThe current Chinese medical and health service system urgently needs innovation to meet the challenge of insufficient medical resources.Cooperative innovation can promote innovation and increase social benefits.Medical research and research teams are the core of the medical innovation network.However,there is currently a question about how external networks affect the innovation performance of medical research teams.Is still unclear.ObjectTo explore the relationship among social network structure,knowledge integration and innovation performance based on the current situation of medical research team innovation,based on the perspective of social network and under the guidance of improving medical research team innovation performance.The social network structure of medical research team is divided into network centrality,network sparsity and network scale.The innovation performance of medical scientific research team is divided into innovation degree,plan compliance and academic value.This paper discusses the impact of special agents on innovation performance and the intermediary role of knowledge integration.MethodsUsing the medical research team social network structure scale,knowledge Integration scale and Innovation performance scale.Questionnaires were distributed to the scientific research teams of Guangzhou Medical University,Southern Medical University and Sun Yat-sen University through Wechat.266 valid questionnaires were collected.The statistical methods of regression analysis and intermediary effect test were used,and the sample data were processed by SPSS25.0.ResultsAccording to the results of regression analysis and intermediary effect test,the regression coefficients of network centrality of medical research team to innovation degree,plan coincidence degree and academic value were 0.200,0.239 and 0.179,respectively.The regression coefficients of network sparsity of medical research team to innovation degree,plan coincidence degree and academic value were 0.452,0.264 and 0.326,respectively.The regression coefficients of medical research team size to innovation degree,plan coincidence degree and academic value were 0.324,0.457 and 0.429,respectively,and knowledge integration played an important role in the relationship between medical research team network structure and innovation degree,plan coincidence degree and academic value.the intermediary effect coefficients were 0.219,0.184 and 0.145,respectively.Conclusion(1)the network centrality of medical research team has a significant positive effect on innovation performance;(2)the network sparsity of medical research team has a significant positive effect on innovation performance;(3)the network size of medical research team has a significant positive effect on innovation performance;(4)knowledge integration has a mediating effect on the relationship between network structure and innovation performance of medical research team.Finally,based on the empirical research results,the paper puts forward some suggestions for the medical research team,and puts forward the direction of improvement in the future according to the limitations of this study. |
