Study On Performance Appraisal Of Public Hospital Innovation Team

Scientific research of colleges and universities is an important component of ourcountry’Sinnovational system of science and technology,because colleges anduniversities have superiorities in both disciplines and talents.With the rapiddevelopment of modem science and technology,and with the tendency of distributionand integration in scientific development, arises the scientific research innovation team，who，overcoming the former individual malpractice in carrying scientific research，hasintegrated various refined scientific research resources，and combined different kinds ofstrengths to achieve scientific breakthrough.Indeed，the scientific research innovationteam has played a more and more vital role in independent innovation and novelinnovation.The university scientific research innovation team has made great contributions toits disciplinary development and even to the national science advance.Experts at homeand abroad have been carefully studying the construction and management of theuniversity scientific research innovation team.However in China， the universityscientific research innovation team is still far from being mature in many aspects suchas construction,management or achievements appraisal. The achievements appraisal ofthe university scientific research innovation team is the centre of its management. Thus，with regard to the concrete characteristics of the university scientific research，it isextremely vital to establish a fairly scientific and operative achievements appraisalsystem to improve the management efficiency ofthe university scientific researchinnovation team.After studying the basic team theory and the achievements appraisal theory andmethods， and taking the characteristics of university’s scientific research intoconsideration, this paper analyzes the content and methods of university achievementsappraisal ofthe scientific research innovation team.And by setting principle， characteristics，and targets of the achievements appraisal system，this paper alsoestablishes achievements appraisal index system to truly assess the achievements of theuniversity scientific research innovation team.Furthermore， this paper appliesmathematical method to a real diagnosis research into the achievements of somescientific research innovation team in the “Centre of Materials Engineering” in someuniversity.Thus，the achievements appraisal index system proves its feasibilities fromthis sample.Finally, this paper proposes some countermeasures of how to appraiseeffectively the achievements of university scientific research innovation team.
