Effect Of Reinforcing Kidney And Activating Blood Decoction On Aged Hypertensive Rats Of Inflammatory Reacion And Left Ventricular Weight Index Of Aging

Objective: To observe the reinforcing kidney and activating blood Decoction on agedhypertensive rats of high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP), interleukin6(IL-6), tumornecrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) levels of influence, tonifying the kidney and promoting bloodcirculation effect on hypertensionMethods: Method a randomized controlled animal experiment, the old spontaneouslyhypertensive rats (Hypertension Rat, SHR) as the object, and to the age-and sex matchedWKY (Wistar Kyoto) rats were used as normal control. Rats fed a week, SHR were randomlydivided into model group, Bushen Huoxue Decoction group, Kato Pury group and treatmentgroup, treatment group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Fang gavage group, Kato Pury toKato Pury lavage, combined intervention group were given Bushen Huoxue Decoction+Kato Pury lavage. Before treatment were measured by tail cuff method of rat tail arterysystolic pressure; before administration, administration of4weekends, administered8weekend, were measured by tail cuff method of each rat tail artery systolic blood pressure,serum high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) andinterleukin6(IL-6) levelsResults: Results: before treatment and1, compared with the WKY group SHR, highsensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP), interleukin6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) levels were higher than that in WKY group; SHR blood pressure too high2administration at the end of the4week, compared with the model group, Bushen HuoxueDecoction group, Kato Pury group, Kato Pury group and Bushen Huoxue Decoction and highsensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), interleukin6(IL-6) level was decreased, the level of blood pressure was also compared with model controlgroup declined3administration at the end of the8week, compared with the model group, Bushen HuoxueDecoction group, Kato Pury group, Kato Pury group and Bushen Huoxue Decoction and highsensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), interleukin6(IL-6) were significantly lower blood pressure levels are lower than the model control;significantly decreasedConclusions：Bushen Huoxue Decoction can effectively reduce the blood pressure of SHR,can significantly reduce the SHR inflammatory cytokines in serum high sensitivity C reactiveprotein (hs-CRP), interleukin-6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) levels,combined with Kato Pury depressor and inflammatory factor effect is better.
