The Clinical Research Of The Influence Of Jiu Wei Yu Gan Mixture Combined With PegIFN α-2a On Chronic Hepatitis B Patients With HBeAg-positive

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of jiu wei yu gan mixture in combinationwith PegIFN α-2a on chronic hepatitis B patients with HBeAg-positive.Methods：80chronic hepatitis B patients with HBeAg-positive were randomlydivided into treatment group and control group.Patients were given the basic treatment:including the taking lixuesheng and shaganchun.the control group was treated withPegIFN α-2a (180mg/w)for48weeks,while the treatment group was treated with jiu weiyu gan mixture for48weeks,according to the drug direction,besides the PegIFN α-2a(180mg/w)for48weeks.the liver and kidney function,serum HBeAg/HBeAb and HBVDNA were obseved at the4、12、24、48weeks.Result：The ALT recovery rate of treatment group and control group were90%, α62.5%at the48weeks respectively,there is significant statistical differences between thetwo group (p<0.05),the seroconversion rate of HBeAg/HbeAb are52.5%,27.5%respective,(p<0.05).At week48of treatment,57.5%and32.5%of the patients in thetreatment group and the control group had undetectable HBV DNA,and the differencebetween them was significant (p<0.05).Conclusion：jiuweiyugan mixture combined with PegIFN α-2a (180mg/w) has apositive curative effect on inhibiting hepatitis B virus replication, recovering liver functionand treating and treating hepatic fibrosis for chonic hepatitis B patients...
