| Objective:In this study, spleen kidney yang deficiency type hy--pothyroidism patients as the research object, observe the change of acu--puncture in the treatment of spleen and kidney yang deficiencysyndrome of hypothyroidism before and after the clinical symptoms andsigns, thyroid function and thyroid antibodies, and evaluate itsclinical efficacy.Methods:This study selected spleen kidney yang deficiency type60cases of hypothyroidism patients, randomly divided into treatmentgroup (acupuncture combined with L-T4group) and control group (L-T4group)30cases in each. Changes of clinical symptoms and signs andlaboratory observation before and after treatment to determine efficacy.3courses of treatment, statistical analysis was made on the curative effectof60patients.Results: Before treatment, two groups of gender, age and durati--on of baseline data according to the statistical analysis showed nosignificant difference, comparable (P>0.05). The total effective rate oftreatment group was better than that of the control group, there wassignificant difference (P<0.05). The treatment group, comparisongroup, TCM symptoms score in quantitative thyroid function five beforetreatment with the control, there were significant differences (P <0.05), the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:1Treatment of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndromeof hypothyroidism in the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combinedwith L-T4. 2Acupuncture treatment can significantly improve the spleenkidney yang deficiency type clinical symptoms of hypothyroidism andthyroid function.3Acupuncture in the treatment of hypothyroidism has a signify--cant effect, non-toxic side effects, improve patient quality of life andother advantages,has clinical value. |
