Clinical Study On Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis(Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome)by Warming Kidney And Strengthening Spleen And Wetness

Objective: Through the research of this subject,we can observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Wenshen Jianpi Lishi method in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome),thus providing more effective theory and experience for the clinic.Methods:72 cases were collected and divided into 2 groups by random number table method.There were 36 cases in the treatment group and 36 cases in the control group.All of them were from the outpatients of the Department of Hepatic Spleen and Gastroenterology in our hospital,and all belonged to ulcerative colitis(spleen and kidney yang).Deficiency syndrome),60 patients completed the trial after the end of the treatment,including 30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.The control group was given mesalazine enteric-coated tablets(Heddy)orally,1 g/time,4 times a day.On the basis of the control group,the patients in the treatment group were treated with Wenshen Jianpi Lishi method(Shenshen Pills and Guisui Gantang Decoction).12 weeks is a course of treatment and 1course of treatment.The scores of TCM syndromes,symptoms,signs,colonoscopy mucosa and histopathology were recorded before and after treatment.All the data were statistically analyzed with SPSS23.0 statistical software.Results:After 12 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group were 90.0% and 70.0%,respectively,and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group in the TCM syndrome was 93.3%,the total effective rate of the control group was73.3%.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).In the TCM syndrome score,the treatment group scored 6.13±3.74 after treatment.The score was10.03 ± 4.21,(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.The treatment group could improve TCM syndrome scores.In the comparison of disease activity index(Mayo score),the post-treatment treatment group scored 2.63±2.15.The score of the control group was4.30±2.01.It can be considered that the Mayo scores of both groups were decreased aftertreatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).In the comparison of the intestinal mucosal histology score(Geboes)index,the intestinal mucosal histological scores of the two groups were decreased after treatment,and the improvement of intestinal mucosa histology in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the treatment of colonic mucosal lesions,the total effective rate was86.7% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.During the treatment,neither group of patients appeared.Adverse reactions.Conclusion: The treatment of ulcerative colitis(spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome)with warm kidney and spleen and dampness is ideal,safe and reliable,and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with ulcerative colitis and delay the progression of the disease.
