Clinical Observation On Using Yupinfeng Flavored Combined With Epinastine Hydrochloride To Treat With Syndrome Of Deficiency Of Qi And Blood In Chronic Urticaria Two

Objective:To evaluate whether traditional Chinese combined with western medicine has an advantages in treatment of chronic urticaria,by observing the clinical effects on using yupinfeng flavored jointed with epinastine hydrochloride to treat with syndrome of deficiency of qi and blood in chronic urticaria two.Methods:In accordance with the principle of randomized controlled,we randomly divide72patients with chronic urticaria into the treatment group38cases and the control group34cases.The treatment group is given yupinfeng flavored and epinastine hydrochloride.The control group is given epinastine hydrochloride. We compare the two groups before and after treatment in patients with symptoms integral and its overall effectiveness, the recurrence rate, incidence of adverse reactions, and so on and so forth.Results:(1) The total effective rate was88.24%in treatment group, and the total effective rate was75.00%in control group. Compared two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(2) In terms of disease control subjective symptoms and signs, treatment group compared with control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(3) The recurrence rate of treatment group was38.46%, and the recurrence rate of control group was58.82%.Compared two groups, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).(4) The adverse effects rate of treatment group was8.82%, and the adverse effects rate of control group was12.50%.Compared two groups, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Conelusion:Yupinfeng flavored with epinastine hydrochloride has good clinical curative effect on treating with syndrome of deficiency of qi and blood in chronic urticaria two, better than using epinastine hydrochloride alone.
