Objective:By studying the Danhong injection on cerebral infarction alkalinefibroblast growth factor levels in peripheral blood, Dan hong injection oncerebral infarction patients to the role of angiogenesis.Summary of the study of the subject at home and abroad:BFGF is a kind of important to stimulate the nutrition of vascularendothelial cell growth factored, just the number and transfer ofendothelial cells, promote angiogenesis; may also directly excitedendothelial cells, accelerate cells mitosis, the implementation effect ofbFGF on angiogenesis. Therefore, bFGF can increase rapidly in a shorttime the blood flow of ischemic half dark with area, recovery due toischemic injury of blood vessels, open the collateral circulation, will beable to further improving the rehabilitation of patients with ischemiccerebrovascular disease.Angiogenesis is dominated by bFGF. It promotes a massive increase invascular endothelial cells, split, excited endothelial cell metastasis andproliferation and stimulate the activity of endothelial cells, promote theregeneration of blood vessels.Research methods:1.Patients hospitalized in our department in the incidence of60patients with cerebral infarction were randomly selected, and satisfy thefollowing conditions:(1) focal depletion by the function defect symptoms; (2) signs and symptoms for several hours;(3) by head CT or MRI to ruleout bleeding in the brain and other diseases;(4) the head CT or MRIvisible responsibility infarction lesions.2.Select patients randomly divided into Danhong injection treatmentgroup and control group, Danhong injection treatment group given dosesof40ml every day Danhong injection, dissolved in0.9%sodium chlorideinjection100ml, intravenous drip,1times a day,12days for a course oftreatment. The control group only a day to give regular treatment. Bothgroups of coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction,ischemic encephalopathy, cerebral thrombosis and other risk factorsrelated to treatment.3.Respectively before treatment, treatment after12days in venousblood, for detection of bFGF content in the blood.4.All data using SPSS16.0statistical software for statisticalprocessing.Results:Danhong compared treatment group bFGF level before and afterthetreatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05),compared to control group bFGF level before and after the treatment, thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Compared two groupsof bFGF level before treatment, the difference is not significant (P>0.05),Danhong after treatment group compared with control group bFGF level,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion: 1、Danhong injection can improve the acute cerebral infarctionpatients with basic fibroblast growth factor levels in the body.2、Basic fibroblast growth factor can promote angiogenesis ofcerebral infarction patients.3、 Donghong injection can promote angiogenesis of cerebralinfarction patients.
