The Effect Of Danhong Injection To The Placenta Growth Factor Of The Patients Who With Blood Stasis Syntrome Acute Ischemic Stroke

Objective:To learn about the influence of Dan Hong injection to placenta growth factor by studying the clinical effects of Dan Hong injectin on treating patients who with Stasis Acute Ischemic Stroke. Through comparing the Blood stasis syndrome (BSS),neurological deficits (NIHSS) scores, activities of daily living (ADL) scores before and after the treatment to learn the efficacy of Danhong injection to the clinical patients with AIS.Methods:72 cases by randomly Selected with Blood Stasis Syndrome in Acute Ischemic Stroke enrolled in the first affiliated hospital of Henan college of traditional Chinese medicine from April 2015 to February 2016. All patients were selected met the TCM,western medicine and BSS integral diagnostic criteria,and were accorded with test cases standard,and by examineing the skull CT or MRI to confirm it.The patients with ACI were radomly divided into Dan Hong injection(the therapy)group and Foundation treatment (the control)group,Two groups of patients who were hospitalized were extracted the elbow fasting venous blood both on the 1st day and 14th day,centrifuged and collected serum samples.using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) detected the changes of PLGF's concentration before' and after the treatment,to learn Danhong injection's effection to AIS patients;To assess its efficacy by the Compare of the BSS integral, NIHSS score and ADL scores before and after the treatment(one course).Results:1 Two groups of Patients's age, gender were compared respectively,P= 0.708>0.05 and P=0.6606> 0.05, without statistically significant,and comparable.2 The two groups of patients'BSS integral were comparable before treatment(P= 0.622>0.05).Two groups of patients'Blood stasis scores after a course of treatment were lower than before, with statistical significance(P<0.05),and compared with the control group, the treatment group reduced more significantly (P<0.05).3 The two groups of patients'NIHSS scores had no statistically significance and were comparable before treatment(P=0.512>0.05).After a course of treatment,the two groups of patients'NIHSS scores decreased,with statistical significance (P<0.05 ),and compared with the control group, the treatment group reduced more significantly (P<0.05).4 The two groups of patients'ADL scores had no statistically significance and were comparable before treatment(P=0.092>0.05).After a course of treatment,the two groups of patients'ADL scores increased,with statistical significance (P<0.05), and compared with the control group, the treatment group increased more significantly (P<0.05),with statistical significance (P<0.05). 5 The two groups of patients'PLGF's concentrations had no statistically significa-nce before treatment(P>0.05). After 14 days treatment,the two groups of patients' peripheral PLGF's concentrations increased,with statistical significance (P<0.05), and compared with the control group, the treatment group increased more significantly (P<0.05),with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:1 By observing the effect of 14 days treatment of Danhong injection on the patients with blood stasis type of Acute Ischemic Stroke,I found that patients' blood stasis syndrome scores, NIHSS scores and ADL scores were improved significantly,so it means that to blood stasis type of Acute Ischemic Stroke,Danhong injection has good clinical curative effect.2 Danhong injection can improve the patients'peripheral blood PLGF expression level who with acute ischemic stroke, so as to promote ischemic vascular regenerat--ion, restore blood supply of cerebral ischemic area effectively, and improve the prognosis situation of patients.3 From the perspective of new angiogenesis, indicating the affirmative function of Danhong for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.4 Danhong injection is safe and effective in clinical application.
