The Clinical Case Report Of Prosthesis For Adult Tooth With The Anterior Teeth Space Is Big Or Insufficient

Objective: To using the surface morphology of objects exist on the principles of visual differences, by fixed dentures、removable partial dentures and resin restoration adult anterior which space is big or insufficient, and discussion the clinical restorative methods base on the clinical effect.Methods: Choosing 43 patients which anterior space is big or insufficient, and they can not accept orthodontic treatment through communication from march 2013~march 2015(18 males, 25 females, aged 32 to 68 years, mean age 48 years). the big space is 17 cases, the insufficient space is 26 cases. Taken torsion tooth arrangement,overlapping, split the space and visual effects of four methods, by fixing dentures, removable partial dentures and immediate resin repair 3 ways to restorative it. It will be evaluated the clinical effectiveness of different methods using the naked eye. Evaluation criteria: the effect is obvious: the arch radian is continuous、dentition is tidy、coordinated natural tooth color、shape realistic、coordination with the contralateral same name tooth、the median line is same and patients are very satisfied. Satisfy four or upward evaluation is the effect obvious; the general effect、dentition is not tidy,、tooth color is obvious differences from adjacent tooth、tooth shape is not realistic、the contralateral same name tooth have obvious differences、the median line is not same, and the patient is not satisfied, in less than three were evaluated general.Results: According to the evaluation criteria, Degree of satisfaction of 43 patients is 82%. 17 cases of patients with anterior teeth gap is too big a gap through the split and visual effects of differences in direct repair resin and fixed dentures and removable partial dentures after satisfaction of 88%, 10 cases of fixed partial denture, both evaluation achieve significant results. 5 cases for removable partial dentures, three cases to achieve the effect obviously evaluate the effect of two cases in general(both stand dentures), satisfaction of 60%. Two cases of direct repair resin, have reached significant effect evaluation. 26 cases of anterior teeth were treated with the gap is too small to reverse the row of teeth, split the gap, covering the fixed denture duplication and visual effects and differences in removable partial dentures after satisfaction of 76%, including 15 cases of fixed partial denture, 15 cases in one the general effect of the remaining cases have reached the obvious effect evaluation, satisfaction was 93%. 11 cases forremovable partial dentures, six cases of obvious evaluation achieve the desired effect, the general effect of five cases(the skeleton denture is four cases, the invisible denture is one case) satisfaction was 54%.Conclusion: To using the different repair methods can achieve some satisfactory results for different patients with tooth space is big or insufficient, the fixed denture satisfaction was significantly higher than that of removable partial dentures, and the skeleton denture is the worst.
