Analysis Of The Value Of Hysteroscopy Combined With Ultrasound In The Diagnosis Of Endometrial Disease

Objective: To investigate the value of hysteroscopy, analysis of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of endometrial disease. Methods: select the hospital in 2012 March to 2014 November in diagnosis of uterine cavity disease received 88 cases of hospitalized patients, all patients in the color ultrasonography and hysteroscopy exploration(Hs), curettage of uterine endometrium for diagnosis or transurethral resection, postoperative routine sent for pathological examination, record the pathology diagnosis results. Hysteroscope exploration, contrast ultrasound and pathology in endometrial disease detection rate, to calculate the two methods on the endometrium of normal or abnormal sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive rate of endometrial diseases and the coincidence rate of diagnosis, and each kind of examination results for statistical analysis.Results: in this study, 88 cases of patients with color Doppler ultrasound examination was abnormal in 78 cases, with obvious clinical symptoms and the duration of long hysteroscope exploration, exploration abnormal 83 cases, pathologically abnormal in 84 cases. Hysteroscopy exploration through the fiber and the display operation can directly see the uterine cavity of endometrium and the picture, has the advantages of high specificity, all color ultrasonography and hysteroscopy two-phase combined with [2], improve the detection rate of endometrial disease. Hysteroscope exploration is the examination method of endometrial diseases accurately and necessary.
