Objective:To recognize the female mixed urinary incontinence (MUI) through relevant literature review and compare the efficacy of electro-acupuncture and pelvic floor muscle training(PFMT) joint solifenacin for the treatment of female moderate and severe mixed urinary incontinence.Method:This research chose the JiangSu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital as the the target hospital during March 2014 to December 2014, and selected 44 female patients with moderate and severe mixed urinary incontinence as the research objects who all met the inclusion criteria. The 44 patients were randomly divided into two groups by the central stochastic systems:22 patients belonged to the treatment group,1 case for failure, actually 21 for the electric acupuncture treatment group; 22 patients belonged to the reference group,2 cases for failure, actually 20 for the PFMT joint solifenacin group. The patients in treatment group were given electro-acupuncture deep needling bilateral Zhongliao and Huiyang points, three times a week, once every other day, each time for thirty minutes; PFMT group were given the centralized training, once a week, the family training for three times a day; the solifenacin medicine was taken daily, one tablet each time, these two groups were treated for 12 weeks.Compared 72h urinary incontinence, leakage urine,72h micturition frequency and ICIQ-SF scale before and after treatment for 72 hours, and discussed the efficacy with electro-acupuncture and PFMT joint solifenacin for the treatment of female moderate and severe mixed urinary incontinence.Results:Electro-acupuncture and PFMT joint solifenacin both could reduce the number of urinary incontinence, leakage amount, micturition, ICIQ-SFscore; The effect of Electro-acupuncture and PFMT joint solifenacin that reduce the number of urinary incontinence and leakage had no significant differences (P< 0.05), but electro-acupuncture could more obviously decrease the times of micturition and improve the symptoms of urinary incontinence, and improve the quality of life.Conclusions:Electro-acupuncture and PFMT joint solifenacin had no difference in treatment efficacy of MUI, but the effect of electro-acupuncture which reduces MUI micturition number of patients and improves the quality of life is better than PFMT joint solifenacin treatments, and electro-acupuncture without adverse reactions is worthy of clinical promotion, and electro-acupuncture is safe and effective for female mixed urinary incontinence.
