Objective:The purpose of this subject is to compare the curative and drug combination pelvic floor muscle training for treating women with moderate mixed urinary incontinence.Evaluate the merits of the two methods of treatment.,For clinical treatment of female mixed urinary incontinence is more simple, efficient, small side effects of treatment. Method:60 patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group,The experimental group(the electric acupuncture group) 30 cases,The control group(the Drug combination pelvic floor muscle training group) 30 cases.Treatment group was treated with electric acupuncture method, selection of bilateral HuiYang, Zhongliao,,Shenshu, Sanyinjiao acupuncture points, including connection after acupuncture needling, 30 min each time, three times a week, a total of 12 weeks; Control group selection ensuring that new cooperate with pelvic floor muscle training method, drug 1 times a day, taking 12 weeks.By observing the records in the two groups before and after treatment in patients with 72 h urine diary card, ICIQ- SF, scale, etc,Compare the clinical curative effect of two groups. Result:Clinical curative effect comparison:The test for 1 hour urine pad test result is better than the control group.Before and after treatment in patients with significant difference(P < 0.05).Experimental group 72 hours in patients with voiding diary card is better than the control group,Before and after treatment in patients with significant difference(P < 0.05).Experimental ICIQ- SF, rating scale is better than that of control group ICIQ- SF, rating scale,Before and after treatment in patients with significant difference(P<0.05).Treatment group total effectiveness compared with control group, P>0.05 as a result, there was no significant difference. Conclusion:Electric acupuncture and ensuring that the new combination pelvic floor muscle training therapy for treating women mixed urinary incontinence have certain clinical curative effect. Women need to two ways can improve symptoms in patients with mixed urinary incontinence. Electric acupuncture operation simple, patient compliance is better than drug combination pelvic floor muscle exercise group, small side effects, clinical treatment for female mixed urinary incontinence provides a reliable and feasible method.
