Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of clearing the heat and stagnation in the treatment of damp-heat syndrome of bile reflux gastritis.Methods:This study collected bile reflux gastritis (BRG) cases, and in line with damp-heat syndrome BRG 60 cases. In this study,60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. Treatment group was given the QingZhong Soup joint Yueju Pill treatment, the control group was given jointly Hydrotalcid Mosapride tablet tablets treatment. Refer to "Traditional Chinese Drug clinical guidelines" and "Internal Medicine" (New Century Second Edition) related to the contents of People’s Republic of China Ministry of Health established in 2002, with epigastric pain, bloating, belching, acid reflux as the main symptoms, irritability, anxiety, dry mouth, bitter, yellow urine or stool unhappy and anorexia as secondary symptoms to develop appropriate clinical observation table, respectively, 0,2,4,6 points the main grades to none, mild, moderate and severe patients with 0,1,2,3 recording the secondary symptoms. Then we established a database for statistical analysis by using the SPSS 17.0 software. Observating the changes in both groups after 8 weeks of treatment.Results:Qing stagnation treatment of bile reflux gastritis markedly effective rate of 27.8%, the total effective rate was 96.7%;West Drug group markedly effective rate of 0%, the total effective rate was 86.7%, markedly effective rate between two groups had a relatively significant difference (P<0.05),while there was no overall significant difference on the total effective rate(P>0.05);To the main symptoms (epigastric pain, bloating, belching, acid reflux) and Some minor symptoms(dry mouth, bitter, yellow urine or stool unhappy), both the treatment group and the control group are quite effective (P> 0.05); To the improvements of some minor symptoms (irritability, anxiety, anorexia), both two groups are effective (P<0.01), but the effects were more significant differences (P<0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group; therefore, the treatment of damp-heat BRG groups have good results, but the TCM treatment group could improve the quality of patients’ life better.Conclusion:Treating the damp-heat syndrome of bile reflux gastritis by clearing the heat and stagnation results in good clinical efficacy. |
