Professor Jiang Shumin's Self-made Hewei Qingdan Decoction Treats The Clinical Efficacy Of Bile Reflux Gastritis With Damp-heat And Stasis Type

Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of Professor Jiang Shumin’s self-made and Weiqingdan decoction in the treatment of damp-heat obstructive bile reflux gastritis.Material and method:Sixty patients with damp-heat phlegm-reducing bile reflux gastritis diagnosed in the Department of Gastroenterology,Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,from October 2017 to June 2018 were collected.The experimental group and the control group were divided into random groups,30 patients in each group.Experimental group: Heweiqingdan group.Control group: Daxi capsule group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks,and the changes of TCM syndrome scores and related indicators before and after treatment were observed.Results:1.In the case of TCM symptoms,the experimental group was clinically controlled in 8 cases,markedly effective in 16 cases,effective in 5 cases,ineffective in 1 case,with a total effective rate of 96.6%;control group in clinical control in 5 cases,markedly effective in 17 cases,effective in 6 cases,ineffective in 2 cases The total effective rate is 93.3%.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).2.In terms of western medical efficacy,the efficacy of chronic nephritis: The degree of bile reflux under gastroscope: before and after treatment,the degree of bile reflux under gastroscope in the experimental group improved significantly,P < 0.05,with statistical significance;before and after treatment,the degree of bile reflux under gastroscope in the control group improved significantly,P > 0.05,without statistical significance.Gastric mucosal phase analysis: before and after treatment,the gastric mucosal phase of the experimental group and the control group were significantly improved,P > 0.05,there was no statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Both Daxi Capsule and Hewei Qingdan Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,bile reflux degree and gastric mucosal phase of patients with bile reflux gastritis of damp-heat stagnation type.2.There was no significant difference in total efficacy between Hewei Qingdan Decoction group(experimental group)and Daxi Capsule group(control group).
