The Clinical Study Of Po Yu Ru Hu Decoction For The Treatment To Stagnation Of Qi And Stasis Of Blood Of Functional Anorectal Pain

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Po Yu Ru Hu Decoction on the treatment of functional anorectal pain.Method:40 patients with Stagnation of Qi and Stasis of Blood of FAP were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group 20 cases,useing Po Yu Ru Hu Decoction, taken twice daily.The control group 20 cases,using Xue Fu Zhu Yu Oral Liquid, taken two tubes each time and three times one day,2 weeks of a course,observing two courses totally. Observing VAS score daily;scores of SF-36 scale before and after 4 weeks treatment;scores according to the minor syndrome quantization indices of traditional Chinese medicine before and 2 weeks,4 weeks after treatment. To observe the adverse reaction closely during the tests.Results:Before and after treating, the VAS score was statistically significant in treatment group(P<0.01) and the VAS score was statistically significant in control group(P<0.01).Before and after 1 and 2 weeks treatment,the VAS score had no difference between the two groups (P> 0.05); after 3 and 4 weeks treatment,the VAS score was statistically significant between two groups (P<0.01).The treatment group had more effect on relieving pain.Before treatment there was no difference in the score of SF-36 scale between the two groups (P>0.05). After 4 weeks treatment,two groups have difference around the BP、VT、SF (P<0.01).Before and after treating, the TCM minor syndrome quantitative score was statistically significant in treatment group and control group (P<0.01).Before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment,there was no difference of TCM minor syndrome quantitative score between two groups(P>0.05),and 4 weeks after treatment, there was statistically significant in minor syndrome quantization indices of TCM (P<0.05).Comparison of the overall results:treatment group total effectiveness 95%,better than the control group 45%,By chi-square test,P=0.001, treatment group improved more significantly than control group (P< 0.01).Conclusion:Po Yu Ru Hu Decoction has good curative effect on treating anal pain,and is superior to control group.lt also has obvious advantages in promoting the quality of life of patients and improving syndromes with Stagnation of Qi and Stasis of Blood to a certain extent.
