Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction To Treat Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type Functional Anorectal Pain Clinical Research

Objective evaluation of eachindicator, SPSS 18.0 all data using statistical software forstatistical analysis.Results:Complete study of 60 cases,30 patients in each treatmentgroup and the control group. Research on two groups ofpatients before of course, age, pain scores of balancedcomparison project (P>0.05), there were no significantdifferences, without statistical significance, andcomparability. Analysis of research results are as follows:(1) Treatment of 30 cases of patients:4 cases,14 patients,12cases, the total effective rate 60%; 30 patients in the controlgroup:2 cases,12 patients,16 cases, total effective rate46.67%. Overall in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05);(2) Pain in both groups after treatment comparison:pain in bothgroups had improved, at ease in the treatment group than thecontrol group(P<0.05);(3) Treatment Hou two group patients life quality compared:treatment group in physiological functions, and physiological function, and body pain, and energy, and social function, and spirit health aspects has improved (P<0.05), in general health status, and emotional functions aspects improved not obviously (P>0.05); control group patients in physiological functions, and physiological function, and body pain, and social function, and spirit health aspects has improved (P<0.05), in general health status, and energy, and emotional functions aspects improved not obviously (P>0.05) And between groups: thetreatment groups in terms of Physiology, body pain, energy,social functioning, mental health improvement than thecontrol group (P<0.05), in physical functioning, generalhealth, emotional functioning (P>0.05), the two groups had no significant differences;(4) Stop recurrence of pain after 10 weeks of treatment:two sets ofvalid cases, treatment group 1 patients with recurrent, controlhas 3 cases; long term has more advantages in the treatmentgroup(P<0.05);(5) Adverse reactions:All the patients there is no adverse reaction. Conclusion:Modified taohong siwu decoction in the treatment of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type of functional anorectalpain, can effectively relieve pain and improve theirquality of life, especially in improving physiologicalfunctions, physical pain, effort, had a clear advantage.social functioning, mental health, and long term than thecontrol group.
