Clinical Observation Of Local Injection Of Platelet-rich Plasma (PRP) Combined With Chaihu Shugan San In Treating Functional Anorectal Pain

Objective:By comparing and observing the therapeutic effect of local injection of platelet-rich plasma combined with oral administration of Chaihu Shugan San and oral administration of Chaihu Shugan San on chronic proctalgia,it is verified that the therapeutic effect of platelet-rich plasma combined with oral administration of Chaihu Shugan San is superior to that of simple use of Chaihu Shugan San,providing a new idea for the treatment of this disease.Methods: A total of 60 cases of patients with random number table method is divided into experimental group and the control group,experimental group was treated with local injection of platelet-rich plasma combined with oral administration of Chaihu Shugan San,while the control group was treated with Chaihu Shugan San alone,1 week for a period of treatment,a total of three treatment period of treatment,compared two groups of patients before and after the treatment of pain visual analogue scale(VAS score)numerical changes and evaluate treatment efficiently;The MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)was used to evaluate the changes of quality of life before and after treatment in 2groups.Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)was used to evaluate the changes of depression mood of patients in the two groups before and after treatment,and statistical methods were used to analyze the above results,while the adverse reactions occurred during treatment were observed and recorded.Results: 1.VAS scores in both groups were significantly reduced after treatment,and efficacy was not related to gender,age and course of disease(P>0.05);2.The efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);3.Local injection of platelet-rich plasma in perianal region combined with oral administration of Chaihu Shugan San had better effect on the improvement of patients’ quality of life and depression than oral administration of Chaihu Shugan San alone,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05);4.No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusions: The study showed that the overall efficacy of local injection of platelet-rich plasma in perianal area combined with oral administration of Chaihu Shugan San in the treatment of chronic anal pain was better than that of oral administration of Chaihu Shugan San alone,mainly in reducing pain,improving quality of life and improving depression...
