| Objective:To investigate the level of serum adiponeetin,hs-CRP and IL-6 in CKD patients of different periods, analyze the relationship between adiponeetin in CKD patients of different periods and micro-inflammatory state.Investigate the effects of adiponectin on the micro-inflammatory state in CKD patients. Methods: 78 patients who undertreated in the Yi Jishan hospital from Ianuary 2013 to June 2014 period were studied in the chronic kidney disease analyses.Using simplified MDRD equation to calculate GFR,CKD patients were divided into four groups(following the K/DOQI guide):Group of CKD1-2,GFR≧60ml/min,16 cases; Group of CKD3,GFR 30-59ml/min,15 cases;Group of CKD 4,GFR 15-29 ml/min,15 cases;Group of CKD5,GFR<15 ml/min,32 cases.According to different dialysis modes of CKD5, patients were divided into HD group and PD group.Qalified medical examination of 16 cases selected as normal control group.Serum adiponectin, hs-CRP,IL-6 of these patients were measured by ELISA method. Hb, Alb and Scr in blood were measured using an Ldman autoanalyzer. All the blood samples were collected from each patient after at least ten hours fasting.SPSS17.0 statistics software were applied to analyze the data. Results: Levels of adiponectin,hs-CRP and IL-6 concentration in CKD patients of different periods were significantly higher than those in control group. There were no significant correlation between ADPN and hs-CRP in control group, either does ADP N and IL-6.There were positively correlation between ADPN and hs-CRP /IL-6 in the CKD groups.Comparison of anemia group and non-anemia group,ADPN,hs-CRPand IL-6 had sisficandy difference. Comparison of low-Alb group and normal Alb group, ADPN,hs-CRPand IL-6 had significanfly difference. Conclusions: Levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 were significantly higher in CKD patients than in control group, witch indicate the presence of micro-inflammatory state in CKD patients. Levels of ADPN were also significantly higher in CKD patients than in control group. There is a closely relationship between ADPN and micro-inflammatory state in CKD patients. Both of them not only play important roles in the progression of chronic kidney disease, but also affect the quality of life and long-term prognosis of CKD patients. |
