| Objective:By observing the clinical effect that medicine with moxibustion on chronic kidney disease, and the influence of moxibustion with medicine on the micro-inflammatory state, analyze the mechanism of moxibustion with Chinese medicine treatment efficacy in patients with CKD.Methods:Based on the inclusion criteria60non-dialysis CKD patients with spleen-kidney-yang deficiency type were randomly selected.all patients received the general treatment, moxibustion and Chinese native medicine of warming and tonifying the spleen and kidney method.observation time was two months, before and after the treatment of patients we observed the major clinical symptoms syndromes quantitative score, before and after treatment we checked kidney function, ions, blood cell analysis, urine routine analysis, the whole serum C-reactive protein (CRP+hs-CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6) levels, then we judged the curative effect by the clinical symptom scores, laboratory results and determine the efficacy by statistical processing.Results:1.The method of treating spleen deficiency in patients with chronic kidney total effective rate was61.67%.2.TCM syndrome after treatment had quantitative score than before treatment, the difference is statistically significant.3.This method reduced serum creatinine, improved creatinine clearance rate, the difference is statistically significant. No significant difference before and after treatment comparison of Hb levels.4.This method can reduce CRP, TNF-a, IL-6levels, the difference is statistically significant.Conclusions:1.Medicine with moxibustion therapy can reduce CKD patients with spleen-kidney-yang deficiency syndromes integration, improve patient symptoms.2.Medicine with moxibustion therapy can protect the renal function of CKD patients, serum creatinine and Improve the creatinine clearance rate.3.Moxibustion with medicine can correct micro-inflammatory state in CKD patients.4.Influence of moxibustion with medicine on the anemia of patients with chronic kidney is not obvious. |
