| Objective:To observe different effects of electro-acupuncture combined with ginger Moxibustion and electro-acupuncture in the treatment of sudden deafness, the relationship between the effect and part related factors, and observe the efficacy between two treatment of tinnitus,provide a new idea and oftreatment method for clinical treatment of sudden deafness.Method:The 60 cases with sudden deafness met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the curative group 30 cases and control group 30 cases, On the basis of conventional treatment,The control group using electro-acupuncture, the curative group using electro-acupuncture combined with ginger Moxibustion.1 period of treatment is 10 days,2 course of treatment. Before treatment, after first and two courses treatment test pure tone threshold audiometry, evaluating curative effect and comparison difference of two groups of average hearing threshold; Evaluation of curative effect of tinnitus; Observe the relationship between the related factors and the effect of two groups. All the data were analyzed by the SPSS17.0 software.Results:The curative group that 1 period of treatment efficiency and total efficiency were better than the control group (P<0.05), the curative group curative effect surpasses the control group. Two groups of the average hearing threshold of after first and total courses treatment, compared with the group before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the curative group of the average hearing threshold of after first and total courses treatment, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), The two groups can improve the average hearing threshold, but the curative group was superior than control group. The curative group curative effect of tinnitus was superior to the control group. The curative group treatment time≤1week efficiency was better than>1 weeks (P<0.05), The curative group treatment time≤1 week efficiency was better than control group(P<0.05), The effect of curative group treatment time of ≤1 weeks was better than> 1 weeks, while better than control group. The curative group of light-medium-moderate to severe efficiency was better than severe-extremely severe (P<0.05), The curative group of light-medium-moderate to severe efficiency was better than control group (P<0.05), The effect of curative group light-medium-moderate to severe was better than severe-extremely severe, while better than control group. In and between the two groups, differences of the audiometric curve typing efficiency had no statistical significance (P>0.05), the two groups of different audiometric curve type had no difference in the efficacy. In the two groups, the efficiency between accompany symptoms of tinnitus and without symptoms of tinnitus had no significant differences (P>0.05), between the two groups, differences of accompany symptoms of tinnitus efficiency had no statistical significance (P>0.05), two groups in terms of accompany symptoms of tinnitus and without symptoms of tinnitus had no difference in the efficacy. In the two groups, the efficiency between accompany symptoms of ear obstruction and without symptoms of ear obstruction had no significant differences (P>0.05), two groups in terms of accompany symptoms of ear obstruction and without symptoms of ear obstruction had no difference in the efficacy.The curative group treatment the deafness of accompany symptoms of ear obstructionwas better than control group (P<0.05)Conclusions:Theelectro-acupuncture combined with ginger Moxibustion treatment of sudden deafness and tinnitus can achieve more significant curative effect and improve the early curative effect; The effects of patients who treatment in 1 weeks, light-medium-moderate to severe, accompanied with the ear obstruction are better than electro-acupuncture, The method is worth popularizing; hearing curve type, accompanied by symptoms of tinnitus, ear obstruction had no obvious relevance to the effect of the two groups. |
