Objective: To analyze the medication regularity of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of Hypoproteinemia Malnutrition in order to provide the theoretical basis for the clinical treatment and research.Methods: The medical records of 110 cases with senile Hypoproteinemia Malnutrition admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected. The pathogenesis, syndrome type distribution, medication and other data were recorded in Inheritance of Traditional Chinese Medicine Auxiliary Platform System and statistically analyzed through the frequency statistics, frequency statistics, association analysis in order to conclude the medication regularity.Results:1. For the statistics of patterns, the pattern of Qi deficiency and blood stasis accounted for the most, followed by the pattern of phlegm heat obstructing the lung and Qi and Yin deficiency, totally accounting for 49.1%. 2. For the statistics of medicines, the disease mentioned 245 kinds of Chinese herbs for 1901 times. 3. For the composition of commonly used herbs, there were 12 kinds of Chinese herbs applied for more than 30 times, including licorice, Poria, Radix Astragali, Radix Ophiophagous, largehead atractylodes rhizome, tangerine peel, Szechuan lovage rhizome, dangshen, Chinese angelica root, scutellaria root, Radix Pseudostellariae, Gallus gallus domesticus. According to the correlation analysis, the main medicines for this disease were licorice, Poria, Radix Astragali, Radix Ophiopogonis. 4. For the composition of commonly used herbs categories, the tonic medicines accounted mostly, followed by heat-cleaning category and phlegm-removing category, totally accounting for 68.66%, which is the main categories for this disease. 5. For the property, flavor and channel tropism, sweetness is the most among five flavors, followed by bitterness and pungent-ness, accounting for 90% among all medicines. The proportion of cold property medicines was larger than that of the warm property medicines. Most of the medicines belonged to the lung meridian and the spleen and stomach meridian.Conclusion:1. The pattern of Qi and Yin deficiency complicated with phlem heating and blood stasis is the most common type in Senile Hypoproteinemia Malnutrition.2. Tonic medicines are the basic medication in the treatment of Senile Hypoproteinemia Malnutrition, followed by heat-cleaning medicines and phlegmremoving medicines.3. The curative core of Senile Hypoproteinemia Malnutrition is tonifying Qi, nourishing Yin and invigorating spleen.
