The Clinical Curative Effect Of Jiedu Tongluo Therapy Solid Intestinal Diarrhea Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Guchang Jiedu Tongluo method in treatment of diarrhea type 2 diabetes, clear the superiority in the clinical treatment, provide a good idea for the clinical treatment of.Methods: according to the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus and diabetic diarrhea criteria, 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, two groups were given western medicine hypoglycemic drugs combined with basic diet control, exercise therapy. On this basis, the treatment group was given mume decoction, the control group was given Montmorillonite powder(Smecta) were observed before and after treatment, fasting glucose, postprandial 2H blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, syndrome integral and colonoscopy, and compared the comprehensive curative effect. Treatment needs two courses, 4 weeks for a course of treatment.Results:through clinical observation after two courses of treatment, the treatment group in reducing fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 hour blood glucose is better than that of control group(P<0.05); the treatment group improved the clinical symptoms of total efficacy results are better than the control group(P<0.05); therapeutic effect of treatment group is better than that of colonoscopy in the control group(P<0.05); the total effective rate in treatment group 93.9%, the comparison group total effectiveness is 70%, which is significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:the treatment group before and after treatment, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2H blood glucose, colonoscopy and syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine has good therapeutic effect, can reduce blood glucose and improve symptoms.
