To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Yishenkang Pill Combined With Dapagliflozin In The Treatment Of Senile Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus(an Illusion Of Spleen With Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis)

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Yishenkang pill combined with dapagliflozin in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of spleen),and to provide some reference basis and ideas for future clinical application of Yishenkang pill.Methods:The subjects were elderly patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type 2 diabetes who were diagnosed and treated in the Geriatrics Department of Jingmen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to March 2023.They were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dapagliflozin alone,and the treatment group was treated with Yishenkang pill combined with dapagliflozin.The whole treatment period was 12 weeks.The fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,TCM clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome scores and other indicators of the two groups were collected before and after treatment.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to analyze and process the collected data,and to determine the clinical efficacy.Results:After 12 weeks of treatment,both the treatment group and the control group had significant improvement in glucose metabolism indexes and TCM syndrome scores.From the perspective of TCM syndrome scores,the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant,and the difference was significantly improved after treatment compared with before treatment(P < 0.05).Both the control group and the treatment group could effectively improve the symptoms of type 2diabetes with kidney deficiency and blood stasis,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).The results showed that the treatment group was more effective in improving the TCM syndrome.In terms of hypoglycemic effect,the FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c indexes of the treatment group and the control group were significantly improved(P< 0.05),indicating that the treatment group and the control group can play a role in blood glucose control,and the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05),indicating that the hypoglycemic effect of Yishenkang pill combined with dapagliflozin was better than that of the control group.In terms of clinical efficacy evaluation,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 88.6%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the control group was 65.7%.The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the treatment group was 88.6%,and the total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the control group was 68.6%.The treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Yishenkang pill combined with dapagliflozin has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of elderly patients with type2 diabetes mellitus.Conclusions:Yishenkang pill combined with dapagliflozin can significantly reduce fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellit us with kidney deficiency and blood stasis,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
