Mume Decoction "in Treating Functional Diarrhea (Liver Depression And Spleen Type) Clinical Study

Objective:This study from the theory of TCM syndrome, the total efficiency, etc. to evaluate the long-term effect of Fructus Mume Decoction "in treating functional diarrhea (liver depression and spleen type) clinical efficacy and security of the scheme, provides the more scientific theory basis for the clinical application and development of new drugs.Methods:70 cases of patients were enrolled according to visit order number, using completely randomized digital table method according to the proportion of 1:1, the patients were divided into treatment group and control group,35 cases in the treatment group (off 5 cases),35 cases of the control group (5 cases of loss). Two groups of patients were adjusted to daily life, improve diet structure, the general treatment of proper exercise, based on the general treatment in treatment group were given the mume decoction treatment, the control group was given Montmorillonite powder treatment. The two groups were 4 weeks as 1 course of treatment, observation of a total of 1 period of treatment, pay a return visit to the patients in the two groups after treatment for three months. To observe the therapeutic efficacy of TCM syndromes, the two groups before and after treatment in patients with total efficiency and safety index and adverse events, and in return when the two groups were observed in patients with recurrent rate.Results:(1)the science of TCM syndrome:evaluation and analysis according to the standard of curative effect evaluation of TCM syndrome, treatment group 1 cases were cured,19 cases markedly effective,9 cases effective,1 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 96.67%; the control group cured 0 cases, markedly effective in 0 cases, effective 18 cases, invalid 12 cases, the total efficiency is 60%. The two groups were compared with significant difference (P< 0.01).(2) Long term effect: according to the long term therapeutic effect evaluation standard of observation,8 cases of control group in 18 cases of recurrence of effective treatment of recurrent group 9 cases, effective in 3 cases,3 cases markedly effective in 19 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 44% in control group, the treatment group the recurrence rate was 21%, explain the treatment group significantly better than the control group, the long-term curative effect.(3) Safety:safety indexes of 70 patients before and after treatment of blood, urine, stool, liver and kidney function were no obvious abnormalities; 30 cases in the treatment group,2 patients appeared stomach discomfort during treatment, after asking that patients taking method is improper, change the way after taking not re appear; the control group 30 patients had no adverse reaction.Conclusion:Mume Decoction "in treating functional diarrhea (liver depression and spleen type) curative effect, can significantly improve the TCM syndrome of patients with functional diarrhea, the total effective rate is high, and the long-term curative effect is good, the clinical application is safe and effective, is effective prescription combination treatment of functional diarrhea.
