| Objective:Through observation the effects of Clomifene Citrate(CC)and TCM artificial periodic therapy on the estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH) level,pregna ncy rate,ovulation rate,endometrial thickness of the patients with anovulatory infertility,evaluating efficiency, preliminary study of the mechanism is conducted.Methods:From the department of gynecology and obsterics in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 72 patients with ovulatory obstructive infertility meet the inclusion criteria are collected,randomly divided into treating group and control group, 36 cases in each group.Control group are treated with CC plus HCG. Treating group,the group combing the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and western medicine, are treated with a series of classical prescription, CC plus HCG for continuous 1 periods, each period including3-month menstrual cycles.Then observation the changes in estradible(E2), luteinizing hormone(LH), the thickness of endometrial, the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of these subjects.Results:Clinical study shows that the ovulation rate of treating group is 77.8%,control group is 52.8% after treatment. All of the two groups have significant difference(P <0.05) in statistic analysis. The pregnancy rate of treating group is55.6%, control group is 25% after treatment. They show significant difference(P <0.05) in statistic analysis.Estradiol(E2) and luteinizing hormone(LH) of treating group are statistically significant(P <0.05) when compared with control group.The ometrialthickness of treating group shows significant difference(P <0.05)compared with control group.Conclusion: â‘ TCM artificial periodic therapy combined with CC can improe the ovulation and pregnancy rate.â‘¡TCM artificial periodic therapy combined with CCcan improve levels of luteinizing hormone,promote the LH peak form, at the same time increased the endometrial thickness of bottom,the receptive to improve membrane.â‘¢TCM artificial periodic therapy can reduce the incidence of ovarian follicles luf. |
