Study On The Treatment Of Moderate And Severe Rectocele By The Operation Of Improved STARR

Objectives According to the clinical data we have collected, some of the patients who have the following symptoms like elongation of defecation time, sensation of rectal tene--smus, are likely to receive clinical operation. The tutor said, if we improve this technique() and adopt it to the treatment of patients with constipation and rectocele, to make its abnormal anatomical structure recovered by the adoption of SRARR, and then we use such method called placation p of anterior to fold and reinforce the rectovaginal septum, to make it stronger for the support of the Anterior. Later, we give observations and evaluations on the efficiency and safety of it, and discuss the influence for disease treatment in the long run.Methods Based on 77 diagnosis from the patients with moderate or severe rectocele from January, 2012 to December, 2014 of Anorectal Surgery of the Hospital of Tradition--al Chinese Medicine in Tangshan, those patients are separately given traditional and improved STARR treatment, but the treatment results shows that the differ ences of sex, age and degree of the disease’ s severity between the two groups had no statistical signif--ycance(P>0.05). After the surgery groups finish the resection and anastomosis, in between the anus and vagina, they cut the transverse perineal body slightly by vaginal side, with the incision about three to four cm. then, cut the separated rectovaginal septum layer by layer, interrupted suture are used to the separated perineal body and anus levator’s rectum anterior cruciate fiber of rectum anterior. Fully hemostatic discontinuous step by step after disinfection of skin and subcutaneous tissue and it means the end of operation. Then, record the operation time and the bleeding using weighing method. Make comparisons of the DS scores among the differences before the operation and the changes after one week, one month, three months and half a year. Observe the postoperative complications, the operation time, the postoperative recurrence, and observe the postoperative 6 months review defecation imaging results and make comparative discussion, etc.Results The 77 patients with rectocele all successful implementation of the improved and traditional STARR. There are 39 cases in improved STARR treatment group during operation, and the 36 cases in total were markedly effective after the operation, the totalefficiency was 92.3%, the postoperative STARR number was 38 of control group patients, and 29 cases in total were markedly improved after surgery, with a postoperative total efficiency 76.3%. Statistical analysis of data processing has significant differences(P< 0.05), the treatment group is significantly higher than control group; the total number 38 cases in Treatment group were markedly effective, 6 months follow-up total efficiency of 97.4%, control group total number 30 cases were markedly effective, 6 months follow-up total efficiency was 78.9%, the treatment group and control group have significant difference(P<0.05) in long-term effect, and that the treatment group has better clinical therapeutic effect and long-term effect. 6 months follow-up review of patients’ recovery of defecation imaging return before are all satisfying with the effect of the statistical analysis(P>0.05), there was no significant difference, comparing the effect of the treatment of rectocelel of the two groups, the treatment group has more obvious advantages than the control group, and the long-term effect is satisfactory.Conclusion STARR completely accords with the contemporary concept of minimally invasive surgery, which can effectively restore the structure of the rectum, so as to achieve the goal of treatment for rectocele. And the treatment is based on traditional STARR, and the placation septum is used to strengthen the thickness rectovaginal septum to make patients improved on cure rate and have more confirmation on the forward effect, this technology is worth further study in clinic.
