The Clinical Observation Of Treatment Of Astragalus Cimicifuga Tongbian Decoction Combined With The Stapled Transanal Rectal Resection In Sinking Of Qi Of Middle-jiao Type Constipation Caused By Rectocele

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Astragalus Cimicifuga Tongbian Decoction combined with STARR operation In Sinking of Qi of Middle-jiao Type Constipation Caused by Rectocele.Methods: There are 60 patients with constipation caused by rectocele(sinking of qi of middle-jiao type)in the Department of traditional Chinese Medicine of Shandong Provincial Hospital,who meet the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The experimental group was treated with STARR operation combined with Astragalus Cimicifuga tongbian decoction,while the control group was treated with STARR operation.By comparing the changes of the scores before and after treatment in the two groups,the data were analyzed and processed by statistical method,and the evaluation of curative effect was obtained.Results: 1.Results of clinical symptom checklist scale: the score of the clinical symptoms of the two groups was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the degree of reduction of the experimental group was slightly larger than that of the control group.In which the experimental group is more obvious.The results of the 6th month after the treatment showed that the score of the control group was slightly higher than that before,and there was the possibility of recurrence,and the score of the experimental group was continuously decreasing,indicating that the experimental group had better long-term effect in improving the clinical symptoms.2.Results of QOL scale: after treatment,the QOL scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the degree of decrease of the experimental group was slightly greater than that of the control group.The results showed that the two treatments were effective in improving the quality of life of the patients,and the improvement in the experimental group was more severe than that in the control group.3.Results of curative effect: 1 month after treatment,the effective rate in the experimental group was slightly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the effective rate in the experimental group at 3 months and 6 months after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(P< 0.05).6 months after treatment,2cases were cured,18 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 93.10% in the experimental group.In the control group,1 case was cured,8 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 79.31%.The long-term effect of the experimental group was obviously better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Oral Astragalus Cimicifuga tongbian decoction combined with STARR surgery can not only eliminate the weak area of the rectum and improve the anatomical defect,but also consolidate the long-term curative effect and prevent recurrence through the method of differentiation of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine.It gives full play to the advantages of complementary traditional Chinese and western medicine,treating the patients with rectocele constipation(sinking of qi of middle-jiao type)as a whole and through both temporary and permanent solutions.The experimental results show that this treatment scheme is a new treatment for constipation caused by rectocele(sinking of qi of middle-jiao type),which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
