Purpose Guided by the three-dimensional quality of the structure theory, this thesis according measuring and evaluating the Tangshan Worker’s Hospital quality of nursing ?s status quo, and making the key factors to analyzed, makes suggestions about evaluation and control of the quality of nursing.Method Collecting monthly assessment information of the quality of nursing of Tangshan Worker’s Hospital in July 2012- June 2014, is to evaluate the quality of nursing by three dimensions. The multiple linear regression model that make the patient?s satisfaction built to make the quantitative analysis of the factors affecting patient satisfaction. Describing the numbers and distribution of nursing bad events and using the individual in-depth interviews and the causal analysis charts qualitative analyses the causes.Result In the basic quality, nursing etiquette gets higher score, three-basic training examination has serious questions and wider distribution, a nd the situation is similar in each department. In the link quality, the quality nursing and quality of nursing links documents have more serious problems, involving many departments. Nursing bad events are mainly in medicine, surgery two systems. The cause of bad events are including, worse nursing training and human resource allocation, poorer health of patients, nurse?s lower sense of responsibility and lack the ability to communicate and assess, poorer implementation of the nursing core system, and terrible hospital security management.Conclusion Hospital should be guided by the theory of three-dimensional quality of the structure, building an integrated care quality evaluation system including infrastructure quality, process quality and end-quality, and give a higher position about the factors of the terminal quality. In order to improve patient satisfaction, hospital should focus on etiquette, three-basic training and examination and items of first aid, these three works.
