| Following the improvement of human living quality, cardiovascular diseases have become the frequently encountered diseases, and it is listed by the World Health Organization as one the most the harmful and deadly human diseases. If precautions can be warn ahead of time with measures, then it could greatly reduce the morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular diseases. Pulse wave is a easily collected biological signal. It contains a large amount of information for physiological diseases. From traditional Chinese pulse-taking to modern medical technology toward the research of cardiovascular system, they all indicate the close connection between human pulse and cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, the main focus has been getting early diagnosis and treatment for cardiovascular diseases from the analysis of human pulse.The article is based on theory of pulse and combining with the practical condition. It is a design of a system that could deal with the signals from different pulse pressures. The system has a data collecting part and a data analysis part. Within the data collection part it has STM32F051 microprocessor as its control core, using air sac on the wrist for inflation and deflation, different forces are applied corresponding with the pressure resistance sensed by the sensor. It amplifies, filters and A/D converts the pulse signal collected from arteriole and delivers the data to the computer. At last the data will appear in Lab VIEW virtual software system and completing the pulse collection, indication and data saving in real time. The signal analyzing part is mainly focused on the analysis of the different signals collected from different pulse pressures. First it will cut the portion of the signal to get rid of any unwanted information so that it could give the best result, then it will select the main frequency,20% pulse signal width, and pulse diagram K value as the three most significant references to process the data, and lastly using PSO-SVM and GA-SVM calculation to calculate the pulse signals and differentiate healthy individual and individual with arteriosclerosis.The lab result indicates that the design completed pulse signals collection and analysis under different pulse pressures, it is able to obtain the average pulse shape and make analysis based on the connection between pulse pressure and pulse frequency. It receives an accuracy that is higher than 80%. This not only showed the significance from the characteristic of pulse signal, but also provided some theories for the reference of cardiovascular diseases. |
