| Objective:To detect the 25(OH)2D3 concentration in the plasma and the ratio of Th17/CD4+(%)ã€Treg/CD4+(%) in the peripheral blood of patients with bronchial asthma,to compare the change of the ratio among Th17/CD4+(%)ã€Treg/CD4+(%) after the intervention of the 1,25(OH)2D3,then to detect in vitro study in the regulation of Calcitriol on bronchial asthma of peripheral blood Th17/Treg.Methods:The mild remission group of 35 cases were recruited,then the mild remission group divided into two groups:the mild remission group of 20 cases and the moderate to severe remission group of 15 cases. At the same time,the acute exacerbation group of 20 cases the normal group of 15 cases were set up as contrast.The content of the 25(OH)2D3 in the plasma was detected by ELISA.The Th17/CD4+(%) and the Treg/CD4+(%)were detected by flow cytometry.Results:1.The 25(OH)2D3 concentration in bronchial asthma of the moderate to severe remission group was the lowest, compared with the acute exacerbation group,the mild remission group and the normal group,the difference had statistical significance(P <0.05).However the difference among the acute exacerbation group,the mild remission group and the normal group were no statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Comparison of the Th17/CD4+(%) before and after 1,25(OH)2D3:Without1,25(OH)2D3,the acute exacerbation group was higher than the mild remission group, the difference was no statistical significance(P>0.05). The acute exacerbation group and the moderate to severe remission group were higher than the mild remission group and normal group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). The mild remission group was higher than the normal group,the difference was no statistical significance(P>0.05).With 1,25(OH)2D3, the acute exacerbation group, the mild remission group, the moderate to severe remission group were lower than those before intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05). The acute exacerbation group and the moderate to severe remission group was significantly lower than those before intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the Treg/CD4+(%) before and after1,25(OH)2D3:Without1,25(OH)2D3, the acute exacerbation group was lower than the moderate to severe remission group, the difference was no statistical significance(P > 0.05). The acute exacerbation group and the moderate to severe remission group were lower than the mild remission group and normal group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mild remission group was lower than the normal group,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05). With 1,25(OH)2D3,the acute exacerbation group,the mild remission group, the moderate to severe remission group were higher than those before intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The acute exacerbation group and the moderate to severe remission group was significantly higher than those before intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.In vitro,to same extent, the bronchial asthma of peripheral blood were lack of vitamin D3,especially the moderate to severe remission group.2.The imbalanced expression of Th17/Treg was existed in bronchial asthma of peripheral blood, 1,25(OH)2D3 involves in the regulation of Th17/Treg and it improves the imbalance of Th17/Treg to a certain extent. |
