Analysis On The Hypertension Prevalence And Control Status In The Elderly People Of Fuzhou And Luohe

Objective: Learn and compare the hypertension prevalence, the control status and the influencing factors of blood pressure control in residents who are more than 65 years old in the two cities. Providing the valuable reference for prevention and cure of hypertension in the two cities. Methods: Obtaining the sample residents from the community residents who has been documented by systematic sampling and copying the related data about the healthy condition in the recent three years and hypertension prevalence from the personal electronic files to analyze the hypertension prevalence; Obtaining the sample residents from the hypertension patients who can be queried in the files by random sampling, and then use the uniform questionnaire to survey the control status of blood pressure; The data were analyzed by using SPSS17.0 software; Using Chi-square test to compare the difference of rate; Using T-test to compare measurement data; Using Rank Sum test to compare ranked data; Using non conditional logistic regression for multivariate analysis. The significant level was 0.05. Results:(1)The hypertension prevalence rate in Fuzhou is 65.6%, the hypertension prevalence rate in Luohe is 67.7%, there is no significant difference between the two cities(P>0.05);(2)The abnormal rate of TG and the proportion of positive family history of hypertension in Luohe,s hypertension patients are both higher than Fuzhou, but the abnormal rate of TC is lower than Fuzhou, and the difference are all significant(P<0.05);(3)The control rate of elderly with hypertension in Fuzhou city was 44.50% is a little lower than Luohe(56.90%). There is significant differences between the two cities(P<0.05). Medication compliance, hypertension grading and high salt diet are risk factors of hypertension control level in Fuzhou; Medication compliance is the risk factor of hypertension control level in Luohe; The duration of exercise are protective factors of hypertension control level in the two cities. Conclusion:(1)The prevalence rate of hypertension in the two cities are both at a high level, the two cities should pay attention to the screening of high-risk population;(2)The health education should be strengthen in the two cities, the hypertension patients in Luohe should decrease the TG level by changing the dietary habits, and the hypertension patients in Fuzhou should focus on reducing the level of TC;(3)The control rate of hypertension in Luohe is a little higher than Fuzhou, and they are both at a high level;(4)The influencing factors of blood control in the two cities are not all the same, it is suggested that targeted measures should be taked to improve the effect of prevention and control of hypertension.
