The classical prescription IS ancient prescriptions, which is refers to the "typhoid miscellaneous disease theory" and "synopsis of prescription. The rapid development of western medicine brings huge impact to the traditional Chinese medicine, which has lost the advantages of " simple cheap”. Most of today’s youth does not reach the classical prescription in depth and can’t correctly use it, the all lead to weaken the curative effect of the classical prescription. So it is important to extend and popularize the parties and discovery the precious knowledge from the clinical trials of famous elder TCM doctors’. The famous doctor Zhang Zhongjing says” people should find the old maxims diligently and accept the suggestions advanced by others. ” Professor Li makes good use of the classical prescription to treat the modern diseases, especially diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia, Li also stressed the local optimization cutting with the change of the clinical symptoms. Because the classical prescriptions diagnose and treat diseases simple and regular, it also has a good curative effect. So it will have the most advantage of software.Based on the complexity and uncertainty of the concept of TCM, We have adopted a method for knowledge discovery of structural partial-ordered attribute diagram(SPOAD), compared with the traditional concept lattice, It has a better visual effect. The SPOAD based on formal concept analysis theory, using its formal, logical and mathematical language to descript the hierarchy between two concepts, generated a multi-level, no cross connection, the category is clear, sharp graphics, reveals the relationship between concepts and laws. Finally, it generates a multi-level, no cross connection, clearer category and sharper graphics to reveal the relationship between concepts and laws.In this article, we chose the most representative of 121 cases of clinical cases as the source data, and generated 15 structural partial-ordered attribute diagrams, in which, the prescription is object and conditions are attributes. We from three aspects to knowledge discovery, the three aspects are diseases, symptoms, prescription and syndrome. At last, we summarized professor lee’s thought and experience when she treats disease by classical prescription, build the knowledge base and rule base of the auxiliary diagnosis system. Then, we put forward the corresponding inference pattern according to TCM theory system, building the reasoning model of auxiliary diagnostic system successfully. Finally, we designed the auxiliary diagnostic system of traditional Chinese prescription based on the technology of.net platform WPF, to facilitate people’s daily care and learning.
