Objective:Lingnan Medicine has a history of more than a thousand years as a branch of Chinese Medicine.Professor Deng Tietao mentions as a Chinese Medicine Academic Centre in China,there is a trend of gradual transfer of Chinese Medicine from Yellow River Basin to the Yangtze River Basin and last to the Pearls River Basin.Professor Deng Tietao is the first person involved in Lingnan Medical Research,guiding the research department to conduct research on the medical history of Lingnan."Treatise on Febrile Diseases " study has always been one of the hot subjets in the field of TCM practice.Studies Modern science technologically has comprehensively,objectively and systematically by its multilayer knowledge discovery the Fangzheng in "Treatise on Febrile Diseases”.It is of great significance to the inheritance of "Treatise on Febri le Diseases".Systematically research in Prescription-Symptoms,Prescriptions-Tongue and Pulse,Prescriptions-Chinese Herbs is an important part of the corresponding research of Chinese Medicine prescriptions for Treatise on Febrile Diseases".It is of great help to the objectification,standardization to improve of the efficiency clinical practice in TCM.Whether it is from the perspective of the Classic Inheritance of Chinese Medicine or in the Fangzheng studies.There for,focus on "Treatise on Febrile Diseases”in Prescription-Symptoms,Prescriptions-Tongue and Pulse,Prescriptions-Chinese Herbs has a great of research value.Professor Hong Wenxue of Yanshan University used Formal Concept Analysis theory mathematical method combine with the TCM quantitative diagnosis data,has introduced Structural Partial-Ordered Attribute Diagram method,which have been produced an outstanding research results in TCM Diagnosis knowledge of discovery.In order to solved the research problems of TCM complex concept network.This Thesis is study the classic literature of Lingnan“Treatise on Febrile Diseases”of doctor Lu Juyu.The book is"Lushi’s Practical Treatise on Febrile Diseases Lecture Notes".Uses Structural Partial-Ordered Attribute Diagram method to study on the relationship between Prescriptions-Symptoms,Prescriptions-Tongue and Pulse,Prescription-Chinese Herbs and related structural Knowledge in“Lushi’s Practical Treatise On Febrile Diseases Lecture Notes".Objective is to discoveries the hidden knowledge to provide new research method for the inheritance and clinical application of classic Chinese medicine.Firstly,finding the "Group of Symptoms" of "Lushi’s Practical Treatise on Febrile Diseases Lecture Notes" and the basic pathogenesis of the disease,the treatment principles,treatment methods,and the structural knowledge of efficiency,and make a comparison of the various types of prescriptions.Secondly,Finding the typical syndrome,common symptoms and physical signs of the "LuShi’s Practical Treatise on Febrile Diseases Lecture Notes”to identify the common used and the selected use of the prescription,and exploring the use of various types of prescriptions.MethodsThis Paper studies "Lushi’s Practical Treatise on Febrile Diseases Lecture Notes”is based on the photocopy of the library collection of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the many years teaching,research and clinical experience of the Department of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases ".Applied the original words as a form of expression to the all elements in the“Lushi’s Practical Treatise on Febrile Diseases Lecture notes".Standardize the extraction of its prescriptions,symptoms,tongue and pulse and the Chinese herbs composition content.And to build a data knowledge of“Prescription-Symptoms”base,“Prescription-Tongue and pulse”,“Prescription-Chinese Herbs”and make an Excel spreadsheet with relevant data applied mathematical principle,uses of multilayer complex concept networks generation method base on Structural Partial-Ordered Attribute Diagram.Structural analysis and indentified the of“Lushi’s Practical Treatise on Febrile Diseases Lecture notes".According to the basic principle of prescription,symptoms,tongue and pulse and Chinese herbs group of structure and cluster subgroup structure,displays complex networks relationships between concepts in a Structural Partial-Ordered Attribute Diagram at different states and stages.To discovery data which can be visualized and interpret.In addition,an overview of five medical records in the“Lushi’s Medical Cases in Modern Description”to exploring the Lushi’s academic thought in clinical application as an additional research for the clinical application of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases".ResultsBuilding up Knowledge database of 113 prescription as objects,121 symptoms,21 tongue and pulse,85 Chinese herbs as attributes.Generate Structural Partial-Ordered Attribute Diagram of "Prescription-Symptoms",Prescription-Tongue and Pulse "," Prescription-Chinese Herbs".Discovery the " Lushi’s Practical Treatise on Febrile Diseases Lecture Notes”academic thoughts.This study is based on the multilayer complex concept network generation method of principle concept of Structural Partial-Ordered Attribute Diagram.Effectively described the Multilayer TCM complex concepts and the conceptual levels.It is a valuable instrumental and methodological guidance for TCM literature research,which is to provide new ideas and methods for big data knowledge discovery.
