| Background and objective:In recent years, there have been reports, hyperthyroidism, often accompanied by theabnormal coagulation function, that there is a potential high coagulation state of subclinical hyperthyroidism, clinical go up to often be ignored. D-D and CRP is an important indicator of the machine body hypercoagulable state, thrombosis and fibrinolytic activity. This study by comparing the Graves disease patients and the healthy physical examination of plasma D-D, CRP level detection, if there is a hypercoagulable state and thrombophilia in patients with Graves disease.Method:Select the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University, Department of endocrinology in out-patient and in-patient department in 2014 March to 2015 February admitted 41 cases of newly diagnosed patients with Graves disease.During the same period were randomly selected from the clinic physical examination in 41 cases as control group, all subjects are morning fasting peripheral blood were detected Creactive protein(CRP), D- dimer(D-D) level by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Into the group of patients without serious infection, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases, blood diseases, diabetes, The recent administration of Hua Falin and other anticoagulant agents, pregnancy or breast-feeding women and other diseases.Data processing was carried out using SPSS 19 statistical analysis, measurement data detection data in( sx ±)said, the groups were compared using t test,P<0.05 the difference was statistically significant,Correlation analysis of Pearson correlation test.Results:1ã€The concentration of D-D in Graves disease group was 0.8±0.6ug/ml, the control group was 0.4±0.2ug/ml,The level of plasma D-D in Graves disease group were higher than those in normal control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=4.802,P < 0.01); The level of plasma CRP in Graves disease groupwas(3.5±2.7) mg/l,Control the plasma level of CRP was(1.6± 0.5) mg/l,the level of plasma CRP in Graves disease group were higher than those in normal control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=4.216,P < 0.01).Graves disease group and normal control group, Serum free three triiodothyronine(FT3), Serum free thyroxine(FT4), thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH), thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb), thyroglobulin antibody(Tg Ab)were statistically significant compared(P<0.01).2ã€Between the Graves disease group plasma CRP, D-D and thyroid function(FT3ã€FT4ã€TSH), thyroid autoantibodies(TPOAbã€Tg Ab)showed no significant correlation.Conclusion:1ã€Graves disease in patients with D-D, CRP levels were higher than normal control patients, show that blood in the patients with Graves disease is in hypercoagulable state, have the tendency of thrombosis.2ã€Between the Graves disease patients with CRP 〠D-D and thyroid function, thyroid autoantibodies were no significant correlation between those.Suggestingthat the thyroid function hyperfunction, there is no significant direct correlation between plasma CRPã€D-D and thyroid function, thyroid autoantibodies. |
