The Impact Of The Performance Management Of Township Health Center In Chongqing On Basic Medical Services

ObjectiveIn order to analyze the influence of the implementation of performance management of basic medical services and find the related influencing factors. This paper is to explore the problems and difficulties encountered in the implementation of performance management and put forward the corresponding solution counter-measures. It is conducive to improving performance management scheme in township health centers in Chongqing.MethodUsing literature method, panel discussion method to design the questionnaire and interview outline. Use the stratified random sampling method to extract 10 township health centers of 5 counties as the object of investigation. Use questionnaire survey to get the patients and medical staff s’satisfaction. Through before and after contrast to illustrate the performance management of the impact of basic medical services in township health centers. Analyze the basic medical service level of township health centers by using the method of TOPSIS. Explore the influencing factors by using the method of Pearson correlations and T-test.ResultThere was a significant difference between different township health center type, financial investment, the number of technical personnel who have college degree or above, the number of medical practitioners,hospital beds (P<0.05).Data analysis found that performance management has a negative impact on service quantity and service ability of township health center. It has positive effect on the efficiency of service and quality of service. It’s impact on controling medical costs reasonable growth is not obvious.
