Research About Save Time Of Dry Sterile Holding Forceps In Different Clean Operating Room

Sterile holding forceps refers to the prevention of all microorganisms invade the body and prevent sterile, sterile area is not contaminated and is used to transfer or access to sterile instruments in health care operations. Sterile holding forceps according to the different preservation methods can be divided into wet sterile holding forceps and dry sterile holding forceps. Dry sterile holding forceps is sterile holding forceps placed in a dry sterile container, and to keep holding forceps by drying, so that contamination of bacteria and bacterial cytoplasmic protein denaturation concentrated, resulting in bacterial difficult to grow, reproduce, and to ensure the sterility of holding forceps. Currently, the sterile holding forceps save time study more, but mainly in the general operating room, treatment rooms and other environments. According to " Medical institutions disinfection technical specifications" requirement, save time of sterile holding forceps was 4 hours, but did not say in the general operating room or clean operating room. Features for the operating room wich decided sterile holding forceps should be able to be stored longer in clean operating room. Therefore, to determine the appropriate save time is very important. This study focused on save time of dry sterile holding forceps in different levels clean operation room.Objective:Through the dry sterile holding forceps from the open 4H、 6h、8h、10h、12h sampled in 100 10,000 and 300,000 levels clean operating room, for bacteriological culture, and to record whether the two periods continuous operations, and to study whether the bacterial growth on sterile holding forceps. To explore bacterial growth time on a dry sterile holding forceps in 100、10,000 and 300,000 levels clean operating room and the availability of continuous operations of the relationship.To determine the dry sterile holding forceps the best save time in the clean operating room.And to provide dry sterile holding forceps save time theoretical basis for higher level of care.Methods:To choice dry sterile holding forceps in different clean operation room in the second affiliated hospital of chongqing medical university, divided into experimental group and control group according to continuous operations or not, and each group collectd 80 in same clean operation room,carried on the bacteriology examination after sampling separately in 4h、6h、8h、10h、12 h.4h was used as a control group,6h、 8h、10h、12h were used as the experimental group1、group2、group3、 group4,and compared pass rate of dry sterile holding forceps.Results:1 It is different that of different frequency dry sterile holding forceps in different clean operating room.2 The dry sterile holding forceps in 100、10,000 and 300,000 levels clean operating room used separately 12h、8h、6h, compared experimental group and control group,the differences weren’t statistically significant (P >0.05)3 Compared dry sterile holding forceps in 100、10000 and 300000 levels clean operating room saved separately 12h、8h、6h、4h.Conclutions:1 The dry sterile holding forceps in clean operating room can be used to save a long time.2 The dry sterile holding forceps may save longer in clean operating room of only an operation than that of continuous operations.3 Save time of dry sterile holding forceps in different clean operating room must have the difference.4 Save time of dry sterile holding forceps in 100、10,000 and 300,000 levels clean operating room was separately 12h、8h、6h.
