ObjectiveIn this paper, analysis is given based on data from two top ophthalmology hospitals in Jilin Province. One is a private ophthalmology hospital, and another is a public ophthalmology hospital, namely Changchun Aier Ophthalmology Hospital and Chittagong Ophthalmology hospital, respectively. In order to carry on a research to Jilin Province private ophthalmology hospital’s management model and its development strategy, and at the same time provide private ophthalmology hospitals a new medical reform under the environment of healthy and sustainable development suggestions, the comparative analysis carries on with the contrast analysis, and combines with the problems existing in the present principles, policies and China’s medical and health system reform,MethodsData source: The collection of relevant data in 2014 of Changchun Aier Ophthalmology Hospital is from the HIS system, the financial statements, the human resources department and marketing department. The collection of relevant data in2014 of Chittagong Hospital’s Ophthalmology Department is from the network information system, financial statements and the relevant sections of the ophthalmology department. SPSS13.0 statistical software is used in the data entry and analysis. Statistical methods are descriptive analysis.Results1.Health Facilities: Changchun Aier Ophthalmology Hospital has 100 beds. 66 beds are used in the real situation. In terms of medical equipment, two hospitals have provided the Department with sophisticated equipment, such as cataract ultrasound emulsification instrument, glaucoma, glaucoma treatment instrument,department of eye fundus vitreous cutting machine and fundus laser equipment,excimer laser therapeutic apparatus and femtosecond laser therapeutic instrument.2.Health Personnel: Changchun Aier Ophthalmology Hospital has 38 doctors, 53 nurses, 15 technicians and 2 pharmacists.Jilin Department of Ophthalmology second hospitals had 66 doctors, 100 nurses,9 technicians and 6 pharmacists.3 Health Service: In the year of 2014, Changchun Aier Ophthalmology Hospital has 71840 outpatients. Each doctor’s annual patients reception was 4974.4; operation amount for 4629 cases, doctors’ operation reception was 661.3 cases. The provided health insurance for Medicare levels includes Changchun City health insurance,Chaoyang District City health insurance, and new urban and rural development.In the years of 2014, Second Hospital of Jilin University Ophthalmology Hospital has221917 outpatients. Each doctor’s annual patients reception was 5011.7; surgical volume for 15733 cases, doctors’ operation reception was 655.5 cases. The provided medical insurance level includes Changchun City health insurance, medical insurance in Jilin Province, Changchun City NCMS, Jilin Province NCMS, Chaoyang District,urban and rural insurance, Jilin Province urban and rural medical assistance.4. Health Financial: In 2014, Changchun Aier Ophthalmology Hospital’s annual revenue was 55 million yuan. In 2014, Chittagong hospital ophthalmology hospital’s annual revenue was 175.8 million yuan.Conclusion1, the province of private department of ophthalmology hospital health technical personnel from the title structure, academic structure, are lagging behind in public hospitals.The needs of the construction of health human resources in charge, enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital.2, the private hospital department of ophthalmology in our province has to seek a meeting point for the government’s administrative resources win-win consciousness.One of the more prominent is the government charity projects. Hospital in the guarantee of medical quality and service, both to the poor and disabled patients with free surgical treatment, self and gain a good economic and social benefits, for the people to solve practical problems, to achieve hospital performance and social welfare and harmony to win the situation.3, the province of the private eye hospital should be concentrating on good treatment effect, higher revenue department construction, such as cataract, pediatric eye disease, excimer laser treatment of myopia. Through these departments to protect the normal operation of the hospital, the need to introduce foreign personnel to build other medical departments. Make the hospital balance development, the overall strength of the rise.4, due to the flexibility of private hospitals in the Department of Ophthalmology and the characteristics of rapid adjustment of business strategy according to market changes, the province of private hospitals in the province should establish a learning marketing team. Through learning, training, practice, incentives and other effective measures to promote the healthy development of marketing team, for the hospital revenue and social impact to make a contribution.
