With the continuous improvement of the socialist market economy, people’s demand for medical services gradually to the diversification, multi-level development, the pattern of medical market has also been a major change, private medical institutions are facing increasingly fierce competition, in such a situation, private hospitals need to develop a long-term planning for their long-term development of the hospital.The development strategy can help the hospital to develop a clear direction, have a plan focused on business, reasonable allocation of internal resources, to avoid the blindness of the management in the work, improve the overall operational efficiency and management level, help the hospital in the fierce market competition, the survival and development of the hospital has important significance.This paper first reviewed the development of strategic management and hospital, after a full understanding of the status of related research on the strategic management of the hospital, the research methods, research content and tools are carried out. Then based on the Changchun Yueshi hall Wanquan Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine as the research object, this paper introduces the basic situation of the hospital, in-depth analysis of the internal Changchun Wanquan Tang Yue’s Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and the external environment of hospital resources and capabilities, through the correct assessment of the external environment using five forces model and PEST analysis method. Then use SWOT analysis matrix to the hospital’s allocation of resources and the core ability of objective judgment, find out the key factors influencing the development of hospital, the hospital in order to determine the differentiation focus strategy. The general idea is based on the characteristics of their own professional advantage, to professional development for the spindle, to the national pharmaceutical development as an opportunity to differentiate, centralized features, build key specialty hospital, provides a feasible development strategy for Changchun Wanquan Tang Yue’s Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine. And the measures for implementing the strategy are put forward from the organizational structure, talent team, marketing, medical quality management, information construction and the construction of hospital culture in 6 aspects. |
