The Observation Of Clinical Efficacy Of Fire Needle Aggregated With Autologous Wart Implantation Treating Flat Wart With Reyunluoyu Pattern

Aim:By comparing clinical efficacy of fire needle aggregated with autologous wart implantation to tretinoin cream for external use for treating Flat wart with Reyunluoyu pattern, it is confirmed that the clinical efficacy, the safety as well as relapse situation of the fire needle aggregated with autologous wart implantation provide a more scientific, reasonable, effective and economic way for clinical efficacy of treating Flat wart with Reyunluoyu pattern. Methods:The study strictly selects 70 patients of Flat wart with Reyunluoyu pattern according to the diagnosis and inclusion criteria and all these patients are randomly divided into groups, which are respectively treatment group (treating by fire needle aggregated with autologous wart implantation) and control group(treating by tretinoin cream for external use).In the clinical operation of treatment group, these patients are implanting autologous wart, and they are also operated with fire needle pricking method. According to the size, thinness, number of the wart bodies and tolerance degree of the patients, wart bodies are treated in batch. And these patients are treated by autologous wart implantation firstly and then partial lesions are operated by fire needles. In addition, if the patients’　lesions turn better and it is impossible to pick wart bodies to operate autologous wart implantation, then these patients are directly operated by fire needles: once a week for about four weeks. As for the control group, tretinoin cream is smeared externally every night for 28 days. Every week is regarded as a course of treatment and the clinical efficacy is determined after four weeks. At the end of preliminary diagnosis and each week, with comparison to efficacy index, clinical observations are recorded, scored with notes of untoward effects. And 12 weeks after the whole treatment, follow-up visits will be conducted.Results:1. After treatment, the cure-remarkable-effectiveness rate and the overall response rate of treatment group are respectively 69.70%　and 96.97%. In contrast, those of the control group are respectively 35.29%　and 85.29%. Through the rank sum test, the results Z=-3.581, P=0.000<0.05. There are significantly statistical significances (P< 0.01) in the two overall response clinical efficacy difference.2.After treatment, within the group and between two groups before and after contrast, there are significantly statistical significances (both P<0.05) in skin lesion number, size, thickness, pruritus level.3.When it comes to onset time (time of vanishing of 30%　skin lesion), the statistical analysis results Z=-0.277, P=0.782>0.05, therefore, onset time comparisons have significant statistical significances.4. As for the recovery time of the patients that have recovered, after statistical analysis, Z=-0.277, P=0.782>0.05, there are no statistical significances between these two groups.5. "With regard to the relapse rate, the treatment group and the control group are respectively 11.11%　and 83.33%, which indicates that autologous wart implantation is better than tretinoin cream for relapse rate control.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of treating Flat wart with Reyunluoyu pattern by fire needle aggregated with autologous wart implantation is remarkable, whose cure-remarkable-effectiveness rate is obviously better that that of tretinoin cream. In addition, its onset time is earlier and it can control relapse rate effectively.
