Clinical Observation On Penetration Acupuncture Treatment Of Facial Paralysis Sanyang Meridian Convalescent

Objective:to observe the stab through SAN Yang meridian the clinical curative effect of treatment of facial paralysis recovery, to provide effective treatments for these diseases in the future, reduce the patients’pain, improve the quality of life.Methods:60 cases of facial paralysis will be included in the standard recovery of patients according to random number table method were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 30 cases,17 cases of men, women,13 cases, mean age 43.2±12.47 years old; Control group 30 cases,18 cases of men, women’s 12 cases, mean age 44.93 ±13.8 years old. Treatment group take in cuanzu yanbai, sibai quanliao, dicang jiache through the needle method on three groups of acupoints. Control group treated with conventional acupuncture. Two groups of treatment 1 times in their day,6 days for a period of treatment, only one day off, after four consecutive treatment period of treatment, respectively before and after treatment of patients were assessed. Observe two groups before and after the treatment of patients with H-B grade and TFGS to improve the situation.Results:1. The treatment group and control group after treatment of H-B grade had statistical significance (P< 0.05), explain through thorn method and routine acupuncture method in the treatment of facial paralysis recovery were significantly improved.2. H-B grade group and the control group after treatment efficacy differences statistically significant (P< 0.05), and the treatment group total effective rate was 97%, control group total effective rate was 83%, the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:1. Through thorn SAN Yang meridian method curative effect is significant for the treatment of facial paralysis recovery.2. Through thorn SAN Yang meridian method in the treatment of facial paralysis recovery curative effect is superior to conventional acupuncture method.
