| Objective: through the research on the operation of private hospitals in Urumqi, the government formulated the relevant policies to provide the basis. Methods: using conventional statistical data, the relevant data of three years of 340 years of 2012-2014 in Urumqi City, 9 private hospitals and 9 private for-profit hospitals were compared and analyzed. Results:(1) private hospital health manpower: 18 private hospitals, a total of 2239 health technical personnel and management personnel. Among them, aged between 25-29 years old accounted for 70.52%; education structure to college and College of the following(including technical secondary school, secondary technical school, high school), occupied the 37.74% and 39.44% respectively, compared with; title structure is mainly to junior titles, accounting for 67.17%;(2) total income: 2012-2013 private hospital revenues and outpatient income is positively growth and emergency call income is negative growth.(3) the total amount of assets: various types of assets to private nonprofit hospitals showed a downward trend, and private for-profit hospitals to various kinds of assets is rising; secondary hospital asset size is greater than a hospital, and within three years all kinds of assets The asset size of the general hospital, and the assets of the hospital in three years, and 70% years in private hospitals, the liability ratio of private hospitals is 27%, the debt ratio is two, the debt ratio is negative in the three years, the debt ratio is negative growth in city.(5) the bed number of private hospitals in Urumqi is positive. Bed utilization rate(70.89%) is private for-profit hospitals(47.52%) 1.5 times lower than two hospitals, and the rest are higher than two hospitals, the overall number of hospitals.(6) the equipment has the capacity of 100000 yuan per year. The amount of equipment in a hospital is increasing year by year. The total number of hospitals is higher than that of hospitals. Negative growth.(7) housing construction area: private non-profit hospitals in the housing construction area and rental area is positive growth, the rental area is positive growth. The housing construction area is 6 times and the size of the two hospitals are increasing.(8) the service quantity is increasing year by year. The total number of two hospitals is higher than one. The total number of clinic visits and outpatient visits were negative growth. The total number of patients and outpatients were positive growth, the total number of patients and outpatient service were negative growth.(9) Ethics better accounted for the total number of 96.84% and 92.63%; think private hospitals exist more serious over treatment and indiscriminate collection of fees, excessive examination and exaggerated propaganda, respectively accounted for the total number of 3.16% and 3.16% and 7.37%; nearly 44.21% staff recognize the lack of management talents; medical care personnel that high wages and other remuneration and higher accounted for the total number of 23.16%;(10) analysis of factors affecting patients’ willingness to visit: medical level, service attitude and medical facilities for the general population to choose private hospitals 1.857 times, 0.506 times and 2.352 times. Conclusion: private hospitals should introduce talents, promote the construction of talent team, improve the form of single income, strengthen government management, update management ideas, pay attention to social responsibility, strengthen their own professional expertise, establish a sound system of private hospital wages and salaries, promote cooperation between public hospitals and public hospitals. |
