Objective1. To know the current situation of professional environmental noise environment in Suzhou Industrial Park.2. To understand the current situation of the environmental health workers hearing noise.3. To analyze the noise could affect factors of various post hearing health.4. To discusses indirectly the control effect of noise places.5. To provide scientific basis for formulating occupational disease’s prevention and control measures.Methods1.The study randomly chooses 40 noise workplaces in Suzhou Industrial Park,analyses and summarizes the dates of the environmental investigation and noise intensity monitoring between 2012 to 2014, and even evaluation of the noise and enterprises operation environment’s health situation and the related department’s the control function and effect for noise workplaces in three years;2. The study select the people who come to my physical examination center to participate in the occupational health examination in 2012-2014, and occupational health examination data are retrospectively analyzed.In this article we analyses and summarizes the health examination dates in the different time of the position. At the same time we select the people to be contrast studies who were on-the-job accompanied by dust, chemicals, ionizing radiation, electricians, high temperature, motor vehicles,pressure vessels, high, view screen, breathing apparatus, vibration job vibration do physical examination data contrast analysis.Results1. A total of 1907 monitoring sites of 40 units of the intensity of noise monitoring,inspection item is noise(steady state), and we analysis the measured equivalent sound level d B(A) and 8 hours of equivalent sound level d B(A) as a result.The investigation result shows that, according to the standard of noise at the nationalinstitutes of health[standard 85 d B(A) or less], 436 monitoring points are unqualified.The detection rate of unqualified monitoring is 22.9%. Among them, there are 198 unqualified points in 2012, 157 unqualified points in 2013, The detection rate of unqualified monitoring is 23.6%; 81 unqualified points, in 2014, the detection rate is14.4%; The unqualified rate is downgrade year by year.2. Before mount guard, mount guard and leave, three different post status of the physical examination results summary: The total number of the occupational health examination before mount guard is 177197 people. Among them, 92470 workers come from the post expose to noise,which accounted for 52.18% of the total, 8498 workers are detected to be abnormal, the detection rate of noise post is 9.19%; Mount guard, the total number of occupational health examination during job are 128782 people.There are 61487 people on the job expose to noise, which accounting for 47.74%. 4471 workers are detected to be abnormal, the detection rate of noise post is 7.27%; Leave the job, the total number of the occupational health examination before mount guard is17419 people. 8231 workers come from the post expose to noise, which accounted for47.25% of the total. 630 workers are detected to be abnormal, the detection rate of noise post is 7.65%.3. Mount guard, the people come from noise jobs compare with people come from the job expose to noise and other risk factors. The investigation result shows that : there are 25569 people on the noise post. The number of abnormal electric listening people are 1566, which accounted for 6.12%; The number of people who works expose to noise accompanied by dust, chemicals, ionizing radiation, electricians, high temperature,motor vehicles, pressure vessels, high, view screen, breathing apparatus is respectively14340, 4677, 1035, 4677, 204, 201, 168, 117, 105, 117 people, the number of abnormal listening people respectively is 1185, 243, 66, 12, 15, 6, 12, 3, 6, 12, 4471. The electricity listening anomaly detection rate are 8.26%, 5.2%, 6.38%, 5.2%, 7.35%,2.99%, 3.57%, 10.26%, 11.43%, 2.86%.Conclusion1. The rate of substandard noise production post is remains low, but it’s downgrade year by year.2. Before mount guard hearing abnormal detection rate is higher and constant; On guard hearing abnormal detection rate decline year by year; Leave the guard when thereis an upward trend in hearing abnormal detection rate.3. The hearing abnormal detection rate before mount guard is significantly higher than the rate on guard; On guard hearing abnormal detection rate gradually tend to be lower than leave guard; And in the three different time, hearing abnormal detection rate gradually become a "V" glyph.4. Noise with dust and noise mixed job may be abnormal promoting factors; Pressure vessel, electrician, view screen, high temperature position can also be hearing abnormal contributing factor.5. The noise in daily life and public places can not be ignored.
