| Objective:Study SanAo-tang decoction to filter out its optimal compatibility and the dosage of each ingredient of the optimal compatibility by orthogonal design. Based on this, we can preliminarily study SanAo-tang’s effect.Methods:Use OVA sensitized and excited to establish a mouse model of allergic asthma which is combined with the orthogonal design as well as the evaluation index of airway responsiveness, blood and bronchpalveolar lavage fluid cytology, and lung histopathology examination, so as to filtrate ratio of SanAo-tang’s optimal compatibility and the dosage of each ingredient in the optimal compatibility. This model gives us the optimal ratio of three bend decoction with an immune, and regulative role in airway inflammation of asthma Treg through preliminary exploration.Result:(1) The results of orthogonal experimental:Us the Airway reactivityã€the nunber of eosinophils (EOS) in bloodã€the nunber of eosinophils and White blood cells in the bronchial alvcolar larvage fiuldã€the pathological change of the lung and Trachea as the indexes. Choose the optimum San Ao-teng by comprehensive analysis of various indicatorsThe optimum San Ao-tang were as follows:Ephedra,6g; Almond,9g; Licorice root,3g. Effect:Ephedra> Almond> Licorice root.(2) On reseach of the dose-effect relationship about megadose,middle,small San Ao-tang,we found that the effect of the Middle is the strougest. Compared with model group, Airway hyperresponsiveness, blood EOS, inflammatory cells in BALF showed some differences.At the same time, SanAo-tang inhibited the pathological changes of the lung and trachea.Conclusion:(1)The optimum San Ao-tang be similar to the San Ao-tang clinical commonly used.The importance of Ephedra,Almond and Licorice root in San Ao-tang that the experiment tell us is conform to the traditional knowledge(2) On reseach of the dose-effect relationship about megadose,middle,small San Ao-tang,we found that the effect of the Middle is the strougest... |
