Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Infantile Asthma (Phlegmy Heat Warm Lung) Assisted By Auricular Point Sticking Therapy

Objective:Through the study of this subject, focusing on infantile asthma (Phlegmy heat warm lung) assisted by auricular point sticking therapy clinical efficacy, provide effective treatment programs for clinical asthma control.Method:There were 60 children meet the diagnosis standard, Which were came from the pediatric outpatient department of the attached Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine during January 2014 and May 2015, they were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group, each of the group were 30 children. The treatment group has been treated by Chinese medicine and auricular point sticking therapy, for 3 days 1 time,2 times a course. The control group has been treated only by Chinese medicine. Been treated a course later, the symptoms, signs scores before and after the treatments for clinical efficacy of the two groups have been analyzed.Results:The clinical control rate of the treatment group is 46.7% to 33.3% of the control group, the rate for overall efficiency is 96.7% to 93.3%. There are no significant differences in clinical control rate and overall efficiency (P>0.05) after being statistical analyzed. But the signs of the two groups, such as wheeze, pulmonary wheeze and limitation of motion, there are significant differences in statistical analysis (P<0.05).Conclusion:During an asthma attack, applied by auricular point sticking therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapies, can relieve wheezing, pulmonary wheeze and the limited mobility, achieving the goal of treatment. Auricular point sticking therapy is simple and reliable, no toxic side effects and so on, is worthy for promoting.
