| Objective:Through the detection of acute attack of asthma in whole blood of proto oncogene protein Bcl-6(Bcl-6m RNA),B lymphocytes induced by mature protein-1(Blimp-1 m RNA),serum interleukin-21(IL-21)expression level,to explore the pathogenesis of asthma,and the rela tionship between asthma and the common syndromes of wind phlegm asthma,Heat Asthma,cold asthma.Try to seek its regularity,provide the basis for future research.Methods:Collected in Xinjiang Medical University Affiliated Hospital of traditional respiratory Coyne acute asthma in 90 cases,western medicine diagnosis and syndrome differentiation of TCM,the wind phlegm asthma,heat asthma,cold asthma in 30 cases as the observation group,60cases in the control group and the establishment of health.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the expression level of IL-21 in each group,and the expression of Bcl-6 m RNA and Blimp-1 m RNA in each group were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(m RNA).Results:(1)The observation group was compared with the control group:the expression of Bcl-6 m RNA were obviously different in wind phlegm asthma group and cold asthma group(P<0.01),Bcl-6 m RNA of Heat Asthma group expression difference(P<0.05);the expression of Blimp-1m RNA were different in wind phlegm asthma group,cold asthma group,Heat Asthma group(P<0.05);the expression of IL-21 was significantly different in wind phlegm asthma group,cold asthma group,heat asthma group(P<0.01).(2)Between observation groups:There was no difference in the expressions of Bcl-6,m RNA,Blimp-1,m RNA and IL-21 in the wind phlegm group,cold wheezing group and hot wheezing group(P>0.05).结论:(1)The imbalance between the three Bcl-6,m RNA,IL-21,and Blimp-1m RNA may be the cause o f asthma.(2)during the period of common syndrome of wind phlegm asthma,heat asthma,cold asthma and Bcl-6 m RNA,Blimp-1 m RNA,IL-21 from this study showed no obvious relationship with acute asthma,considered related to the test of small sample size,th e future work needed further study of sample size and related genes. |
