Objective:To observe the recent and forward clinical efficacy of point injection treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia,By clinical symptoms and cure rate, in order to treat primary trigeminal neuralgia to seek an effective, lasting and less side effects of clinical treatment.Methods:Choose sixty patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia diagnostic criteria,The patients were randomly divided treatment group and control group, the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group, Treatment group given acupoint injection therapy, take the affected side Ashi points (trigger point), Xiaguan point, Quanliao acupoint to acupoint injection, Ashi points according to the muscle injection of 0.3ml-0.5ml thickness and the rest of the acupoint injection of 0.3ml, on a time. Control group was given the traditional acupuncture, acupuncture patient side Xiaguan point, Quanliao points, Sibai, Jiache points, each time 30min, intermediate every 15min needle lmin. The two groups were two courses of treatment, a course of 10 days, Two courses of 1 days interval.Before and after treatment,record respective two group of diversification of patients’TCM symptomscore,visual analogue scale.to determine the recent curative effect. To compared the long-term efficacy of two groups, after treatment two months,follow-up observation of TCM medicine symptom score,VAS score.Result:1 treatment group patients before and after treatment VAS score was significantly different (P< 0.01); control group patients before and after treatment of VAS scores were different (P< 0.05). After the course of treatment, the two groups were compared between groups, the VAS score was significantly different (P< 0.01), which showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in the short-term pain relief;2 treatment group patients before and after treatment of Chinese medicine symptom scores have significant difference (P< 0.01); control group patients before and after treatment of TCM symptom scores were different (P< 0.05). After the end of the treatment group comparison showed that the points were significantly different (P<0.01), which showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in the recent improvement of symptoms;3 the total effective rate (90%) in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group (56.67%), and the difference between the two groups was significant(P< 0.01);4. At the end of the course, three months after the follow-up, before treatment and after the end of three months, treatment, the VAS score of patients compared with significant difference (P> 0.05) and the control group before and after treatment with no significant difference (P< 0.05). Between the two groups in VAS score before treatment and after the end of three months have significant difference (P< 0.01), the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, treatment group, pain and long-term remission was significantly better than the control group;5. At the end of the course, three months after the follow-up, before treatment and after the end of three months, the treatment group patients with symptoms of TCM has significant difference (P> 0.05); the control group patients with symptoms of TCM had no significant difference (P<0.05). Between the two groups before treatment and three months after the end of TCM symptoms integral have significant difference (P< 0.01), indicating that in the late symptom improvement in the treatment group was the control group.Conclusion:1. point injection therapy can significantly reduce the pain of patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia and improve the symptoms of patients;2. point injection therapy in the long term to reduce the degree of pain in patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia and improve the symptoms of patients with effective.
