Objective: To investigate the risk factors of female Coronary Heart Disease(CHD)of Uyghur and Han nationality,and discuss the correlation between transforminggrowthfactor- β 1 and TCM syndrome type of coronary heart disease in women.Methods: Choose Uyghur and Han nationality CHD women patients180cases(110 cases Han and 70 cases Uyghur) from April 2014 to April 2015 in Xinjiang Medical University affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,at the same time,choose 100 cases of healthy women(60 cases Han and 40 cases Uyghur) matching in age, gender and ethnicity. Recorded their generalcases,the CHD risk factors questionnaire and TCM syndrome type questionnaire,analyze the ethnic differences.Using polymerase chain reaction(PCR) to transforming growth factor(TGF)-β1 to get the genotypes of the three single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) loci(rs8110090、rs8105161、rs1800471),and analyze the differences between Han and Uyghur nationality,and its correlation with CHD syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine. Results:(1)TG, TC,LDL-L,FPG,HbAlc,Fib,D-D,Hs-CRP, E2 level of CHD patients were significantly higher than that of healthy group(P<0.05);Compared with the Han nationality, uyghur CHD patients’ heart rate 、BMI、LDL- C, HbA1 c, Fib, Hs-CRP and E2 level is higher(P<0.05).(2) Female CHD compared with healthy group, TGF- β1 rs8110090, rs8105161,rs1800471 three SNPS locus allele frequency has no obvious difference(P>0.05);Comparing the two nationality of CHD, the three genes of TGF- β1 allele frequency have obvious differences(P<0.05).(3) Comparing each SNP loci genome of female CHD patients in different TCMsyndrome types, no obvious difference between different TCM syndrome types(P>0.05);Uyghur and Han nationalities CHD compared between different TCM syndrome types,TGF- β 1 of each SNP loci genome has no obvious difference between each type(P>0.05).Conclusion: Uyghur CHD patients’ heart rate、BMI、LDL-C, Hs-CRP, E2 levels and blood coagulation level higher than that of the han nationality;Uyghur and Han nationality female CHD patients’ TGF-β1 rs8110090, rs8105161, rs1800471 three SNPS loci alleles polymorphism have ethnic differences, but no difference between different TCM syndrome types of CHD.
